I got scammed. I've paid $130 for the factory manual and the manual I received was missing half of the content. All content that is about removing and installing parts is missing. Corresponding titles are present in the pdf but their content is missing. That's over 2500 pages of content. The manual is pretty much useless to me. I've opened the document on multiple devices to make sure. I've emailed them and asked for a refund. Their reply was that they don't do refunds and they were going to fix the manual and send me a new one. It has been 24 days since and no response.

2017 Honda Pilot Factory Service Manual I bought the service manual for my 2017 Honda Pilot. The first copy I got from them was missing significant portions of the shop manual. After reaching out, they got right to work to fix the issue. After several weeks, they had me a new PDF service manual that was completely comprehensive with hyperlinks working and very easy to navigate. If it wasn’t for them, I don’t know where else I’d be able to get this from besides paying for Honda’s subscription HDS service which is so expensive. I would certainly buy from them again!

Reliable and Detailed Automotive Manuals I recently purchased my second manual from Factory-Manuals.com, this one for an F10 M5 Competition, having previously bought one for a B8 Audi S5. I'm just getting started with the M5 manual, but the S5 manual has already proven its worth. It contains a ton of detailed content, over 9,000 pages. I actually have a decent portion of the manual printed and in binders for quick access. I’ve interacted with their customer service twice due to my own mistakes, and both times, Steve was quick to help and resolve my issues.
