The service was fast, manual was complete The service was fast. The manual received was very complete, and seems to completely match my model / year. I am glad someone is in this business of providing good manuals for all of us, as factory manuals, through the dealerships, seem nearly impossible to get otherwise these days, valuable service indeed.

I got scammed. I've paid $130 for the factory manual and the manual I received was missing half of the content. All content that is about removing and installing parts is missing. Corresponding titles are present in the pdf but their content is missing. That's over 2500 pages of content. The manual is pretty much useless to me. I've opened the document on multiple devices to make sure. I've emailed them and asked for a refund. Their reply was that they don't do refunds and they were going to fix the manual and send me a new one. It has been 24 days since and no response.

2024 Subaru Service manual I was looking for a Service manual for my new Subaru, but could not find one. Searching online I ran across Factory-Manuals who did offer an electronic version. I was reluctant because of past experiences with ebay electronic manuals but ordered it anyway. Much to my surprise, they responded in less than 24 hours with the genuine article totally as advertised. I am very pleased with my experience.

Complete concise copy of factory… Complete concise copy of factory produced manual for the specific vehicle listed. PDF interface works well once you use and become familiar with it. Light shadowing of print on some plates, but doesn't detract significantly from reading of the topic. I have used manuals from some sites which do not provide good user interfaces such as index, search features and copy features. This is not the case with this manual. Overall very satisfactory experience. Well done.

The most thorough The most thorough, detailed and clearly laid out design thats logical and easy to find exactly the job at hand with its extensive table of contents. These hands down are the absolute best ive ever seen!
