The wheels that were suggested didn't and they tried too tell me I had to pay over $400 in fees. The wheels that were suggested didn't fit. I found this out from les schwab during the time they were gettting delivered. So I refused the delivery because their expert's didn't know what they were talking about. BB Wheels tried to charge me over 400 dollars in fees for restocking and delivery refusal on a $500 order. Which to anyone with common sense seems egregious. If you suggest the wrong product and that product gets returned. The customer is not liable for anything including returns. I will never ever shop hear again. I have looked at several other companies but no one seemed interested in helping me. A young man named Ian quickly responded and helped answer my question. I then called and spoke to a salesman named Nate. He help me with my purchase. Fast, prompt and very friendly. The price I loved and can't wait to get my wheels on my truck.

Good customer service Good customer service, good communication, they let me know every step of the way when my order would be here, actually got here a little earlier then expected, came in nice packaging, everything I expected was done on there end in a timely manor, definitely would recomend them to anyone and definitely would do buisnes with them again. Definitely satisfied customer Ordering was very easy with the website. The customer service representative was very helpful. I received a phone call to ask me about my order. While talking to the guy he informed me that some of the parts that I thought I needed in fact, I didn’t. So he helped me cancel my order and reorder the correct product for my cars.
