First of all I want to thank First of all I want to thank this service for good work. I had deal with limoscanner a month ago and now I want to share my impressions. I was with my family. My friend recommended this service and I was just amazed with it. When we arrived, the driver with PROM LIMO had already been waiting for us. The car was in very good condition, it was very clean and it was very comfortably suited for my two kids. The driver was very kind, he came on time and he even noticed us that in case if he late, he would call us and warned that he would be late. He was very polite and smart. It was really great. We were shocked. The service turned to be really very good. I did not expect. He took us to hotel. The prices are medium ( as for me) and I recommend this service to those people who wants to have incredible holidays, without worrying about any means of transport. Thank you for great day.

By the way my last visiting Seattle was good. I just to stay on two weeks and became in my city. Limo with auto such as Schedule if I don't forgot with 7 Stars Limousine. For me the transport from SeaTac and from a hotel to Seattle’s cruise terminals was better service offer. Limoscanner is a great service and I recommend for everyone who like a business movement around the city. More comfortable service I never received and seen. In next time I want to realize my dream and to order Hummer for us with my partners. We coming to the city on month in the July to August.

I can say it's the best company to rent… I can say it's the best company to rent a limo from. Considering the price, punctuality and servise they are the best. I will book them again for the coming occasion. I booked the Linkoln stretched limo as a surprise for a 30th birthday celebration. Not only was it the best surprise but has left alot of beautiful and lasting memories. The limo and it's interior we're outstanding s will as the trip and the birthday decorations and cake. It was all arranged so meticulously and professionally and the courteousness and respect with which we were all treated deserves more than a mere 5 stars. Thanks!

Will not use again! I recently reviewed them on TripAdvisor. They didn't like the review and contacted me by text message which is against Tripadvisor policy. They asked me to remove the negative review since they had refunded me. At the time I wrote the review they had only PARTIALLY refunded me. After I revised and posted the second review, suddenly Tripadvisor sends me an email saying: "We noticed that your review appears to contain an allegation of fraud. Please be aware we do not post comments containing reports of fraud. However, we do take accusations of fraud seriously and would appreciate you using the “Report Problem with Review” feature, located at the bottom of each review, to alert our investigation team. I have no doubt Limoscanner called T.A. and that is why the second review was removed. “Wah, she's accusing us of fraud....” No I did not. I am saying I don’t feel they are competent or truthful. Why didn't they respond on T.A. to me like any other business does on T.A? My experience with Limoscanner is this: “Limoscanner New York City Would Not Use Again. 561273665 This is a revision of a review I did of Limoscanner on 1/7/2018. They contacted me by text message (against TripAdvisor rules) to revise the review because I had gotten the refund. I should never have revised it as they didn’t care about me when they left me hanging for the full refund. My original review says: "They contact you. Tell you they understand what you need, but when the quote comes in it's wrong and you just paid for it. I managed to get a partial refund after many emails. All reviews on their site are bogus. DO NOT USE. " The second review: "For clarity, I booked a roundtrip airport transfer. I emailed saying the prices looked too low, please make sure the limo's know this is a roundtrip. He assured me yes. A good price came in. I booked. it. Then I get an email apologizing saying the price was for one way only, limo company didn't know it was roundtrip. It was too expensive. I asked for a refund. It took a long time. Many emails. I don't know if the person I spoke to had a boss but he put the responsibility on the boss. They only partially refunded me. Then after my 3rd email, I WAS TOLD PAYPAL CHARGES A FEE. I said no they do not. They did NOT respond back to me after that. I emailed twice with no answer about the remainder of my refund. I HAD TO DISPUTE $30 WITH PAYPAL TO GET THE REMAINDER OF MY MONEY BACK. I don't know if they are a scam. I do think the reviews are all from friends. I don't advise using them."
