The best company I've ever seen I hasten to tell you about the impression of my last trip. Two weeks ago I I had a wedding anniversary with my wife. It was at first time and it was our the most memorable day we had after wedding. We were looking for a good company, which could help us to find a good vehicle with a private driver. That company was Limoscanner. It includes many different favourite companies in every big city in the USA and in the others countries of the Europe. We were delighted that we had so large variety of companies which contained a big amount of cars in turn. It is very easy to write them and choose a model of limousine which you need. A polite sales manager will always help you and advice you the most suitable variant of the car for any occasion, be sure in it! We also discussed the route of our journey and prices of our whims by the phone. I also must to say something about the driver! I am twenty six years old, however It is the funniest man I have ever seen before! Thank you very much for all the jokes you told us on that day. We will have rented the car again before Christmas! Will not use again! I recently reviewed them on TripAdvisor. They didn't like the review and contacted me by text message which is against Tripadvisor policy. They asked me to remove the negative review since they had refunded me. At the time I wrote the review they had only PARTIALLY refunded me. After I revised and posted the second review, suddenly Tripadvisor sends me an email saying: "We noticed that your review appears to contain an allegation of fraud. Please be aware we do not post comments containing reports of fraud. However, we do take accusations of fraud seriously and would appreciate you using the “Report Problem with Review” feature, located at the bottom of each review, to alert our investigation team. To comply with our guidelines (learn more about those here) we had to remove your review, but we hope you will resubmit a new review that reflects your experience. TripAdvisor Support Team. I wrote back to T.A.saying I read the rules but needed clarification of where I said they committed fraud. I'm waiting for an answer. I have no doubt Limoscanner called T.A. and that is why the second review was removed. “Wah, she's accusing us of fraud....” No I did not. I am saying I don’t feel they are competent or truthful. Why didn't they respond on T.A. to me like any other business does on T.A? My experience with Limoscanner is this: “Limoscanner New York City Would Not Use Again. 561273665 This is a revision of a review I did of Limoscanner on 1/7/2018. They contacted me by text message (against TripAdvisor rules) to revise the review because I had gotten the refund. I should never have revised it as they didn’t care about me when they left me hanging for the full refund. My original review says: "They contact you. Tell you they understand what you need, but when the quote comes in it's wrong and you just paid for it. I managed to get a partial refund after many emails. All reviews on their site are bogus. DO NOT USE. " The second review: "For clarity, I booked a roundtrip airport transfer. I emailed saying the prices looked too low, please make sure the limo's know this is a roundtrip. He assured me yes. A good price came in. I booked. it. Then I get an email apologizing saying the price was for one way only, limo company didn't know it was roundtrip. It was too expensive. I asked for a refund. It took a long time. Many emails. I don't know if the person I spoke to had a boss but he put the responsibility on the boss. They only partially refunded me. Then after my 3rd email, I WAS TOLD PAYPAL CHARGES A FEE. I said no they do not. They did NOT respond back to me after that. I emailed twice with no answer about the remainder of my refund. I HAD TO DISPUTE $30 WITH PAYPAL TO GET THE REMAINDER OF MY MONEY BACK. I don't know if they are a scam. I do think the reviews are all from friends. I don't advise using them."
