GBWill not use again! I recently reviewed them on TripAdvisor. They didn't like the review and contacted me by text message which is against Tripadvisor policy. They asked me to remove the negative review since they had refunded me. At the time I wrote the review they had only PARTIALLY refunded me. After I revised and posted the second review, suddenly Tripadvisor sends me an email saying: "We noticed that your review appears to contain an allegation of fraud. Please be aware we do not post comments containing reports of fraud. However, we do take accusations of fraud seriously and would appreciate you using the “Report Problem with Review” feature, located at the bottom of each review, to alert our investigation team. To comply with our guidelines (learn more about those here) we had to remove your review, but we hope you will resubmit a new review that reflects your experience. TripAdvisor Support Team. I wrote back to T.A.saying I read the rules but needed clarification of where I said they committed fraud. I'm waiting for an answer. I have no doubt Limoscanner called T.A. and that is why the second review was removed. “Wah, she's accusing us of fraud....” No I did not. I am saying I don’t feel they are competent or truthful. Why didn't they respond on T.A. to me like any other business does on T.A? My experience with Limoscanner is this: “Limoscanner New York City Would Not Use Again. 561273665 This is a revision of a review I did of Limoscanner on 1/7/2018. They contacted me by text message (against TripAdvisor rules) to revise the review because I had gotten the refund. I should never have revised it as they didn’t care about me when they left me hanging for the full refund. My original review says: "They contact you. Tell you they understand what you need, but when the quote comes in it's wrong and you just paid for it. I managed to get a partial refund after many emails. All reviews on their site are bogus. DO NOT USE. " The second review: "For clarity, I booked a roundtrip airport transfer. I emailed saying the prices looked too low, please make sure the limo's know this is a roundtrip. He assured me yes. A good price came in. I booked. it. Then I get an email apologizing saying the price was for one way only, limo company didn't know it was roundtrip. It was too expensive. I asked for a refund. It took a long time. Many emails. I don't know if the person I spoke to had a boss but he put the responsibility on the boss. They only partially refunded me. Then after my 3rd email, I WAS TOLD PAYPAL CHARGES A FEE. I said no they do not. They did NOT respond back to me after that. I emailed twice with no answer about the remainder of my refund. I HAD TO DISPUTE $30 WITH PAYPAL TO GET THE REMAINDER OF MY MONEY BACK. I don't know if they are a scam. I do think the reviews are all from friends. I don't advise using them." If you don't agree with my review that's fine. Everyone is entitled to describe their own experience. I have their emails and texts. Also, the review was for the Limoscanner in N.Y., N.Y. I won't be bullied into not describing my bad experience with them.

BYBeing in Michigan Being in Michigan, stopped at my old friend. He's a fan and collector of expensive wines. By the way, I am also very well versed wines and can even identify the year of manufacture, having tried a SIP. We often hold competitions to see who will determine the wine year on the bottle without a label. We decided to take a wine tour. My friend has repeatedly made it on the website limoscanner . Southwest Michigan Winery Tour ( 5 hours ) was perfect for us, but we thought about it and decided that most likely our journey will last much longer. So were ready for extra payment. Oh yeah, we brought our neighbors and minded my friend. And once we went 8 people. Decided to take the Hummer H2 for 8 persons. Once in the cabin we felt the service and all of its amazing design. Our unforgettable journey was a success, and it took 8 hours!!!

AULiterally recently I used the … Literally recently I used the limoscanner service with friends. I and my friends really liked the service of customer service and quite low cost. Of the huge amount of luxury cars that the company has, I chose Airport transportation. I really liked that the car arrived on time, at the appointed place and without delay. An attentive, polite and punctual driver paid maximum attention to traffic safety. We really liked the luxury limousine. Comfortable soft seating, DVD player, bar with a good selection of different drinks, fun music, lots of free space. I can say with certainty that customer service at a very high level. I plan to use limoscanner services in the future. The trip on this luxury car, with the best friends, will be remembered to us forever.

UAAll at the highest level ! My brother was 25 and we decided to do a little party for close friends only. The club and the restaurant did not want to celebrate, so we decided to order a limousine for all day and ride for a city. On the site limoscanner we found a huge selection of all kinds of companies. We chose the most suitable for us. Pleasantly surprised price. They were not too high and no payment was required, we paid as much as was indicated. We got a great limo with champagne and a courteous driver. We were very pleased. It is very convenient when, you can choose a limousine package from the Anniversary as we or any other events. Everything was at the highest level. In general, the holiday was a success thanks you.

UAThank you again so much for assisting me and my family. We recently used this service as( Airport Transportation) a pickup from the Atlanta, GA airport . We couldn't have asked for anything more than what was delivered. limoscanner - I definitely got my money's worth!!!!! Thank you again so much for assisting me and my family. At the airport the customs was backlogged and we were almost an hour and half before we exited with our luggage. The driver arrived on time. He was friendly, courteous, and patient. Our driver was waiting for us even though we made no effort to phone them re our delay. The car was a newer and very clean. We were very please with this company's customer service focus and highly recommend them to anyone looking for limo service in the Atlanta area.
