GBI have tried to order spark plugs twice… I have tried to order spark plugs twice over the span of a few months, both times I was informed they were “delayed”. I kept waiting for an update and both times finally received the update that they “may be lost”. Ordered through Amazon, checked several other places for these specific spark plugs but seems this company is the supplier everywhere I look so I’m afraid to try it again. ***In response to the reply, I never received the orders to be able to decline them. I only received notifications that the delivery "may be lost" when I tracked it. I did receive the refunds.

GBGreat save due to personal customer service Ordered auto parts recently from Sixity thru Ebay. They arrived in maybe two days, in perfect condition, however they weren't quite the right item. I received personal customer service from Richard at Sixity and the matter was settled promptly to my satisfaction. Thanks Richard

AUI ordered a Radiator cap for a ram 6.7… I ordered a Radiator cap for a ram 6.7 diesel 2008 model and was sent a engine oil cap instead. It was a wrong part in the correct part numbered box. I wrote to sixity auto advising them of the wrong delivery immediately along with photos when receiving the delivery. No apology or sending the correct part to me in Australia has been offered after waiting a month for the delivery. I’ve tried to-return the cap through EBay but continually get return request closed because Sixity Auto have credited me for the cap only,nothing for the delivery or tax cost. Sixty Auto made the mistake and don’t care about customer service in correcting this matter.
