GBGood customer service, good product, so so shipping. Very happy with the customer service and the product. I was told that since I am relatively close my order would probably come sooner than later. Instead, it came on business day 5 of 2-5 business day shipping. Also, the box arrived fairly badly damaged.

GBI have tried to order spark plugs twice… I have tried to order spark plugs twice over the span of a few months, both times I was informed they were “delayed”. I kept waiting for an update and both times finally received the update that they “may be lost”. Ordered through Amazon, checked several other places for these specific spark plugs but seems this company is the supplier everywhere I look so I’m afraid to try it again. ***In response to the reply, I never received the orders to be able to decline them. I only received notifications that the delivery "may be lost" when I tracked it. I did receive the refunds.
