GBX5 got new Map! My X5 2013 got updated to 2022 new map-Perfect Map. Took less that One Hour. Just Plug-&-Leave USB & motor running & watch on Navigation Map-Screen downloading progress. The only one reminder: Turn-by-turn voiceLady needs to be updated by BMW, if you need voice guidance in places like - ‘Central Market’ parking lot, shopping plaza, business district, etc.

GBBest customer service I've ever experienced. The customer service and the product are great. Bought this for my son's M4. The USPS lost it in the mail and provided a ridiculous signature. It was a Christmas present and BimmerTech sent another unit, overnight delivery. Then when my son was installing it, he ran into some vehicle specific questions and we received very quick responses from technical service on Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning. GBBimmer-tech = professionals Bimmer-tech = professionals. Have your Vin ready and they know EXACTLY what you need. There techs are timely and on point. So, I Purchased MMI Prime, rear camera, Bluetooth module, Alpha one AMP. My Blue toothless 2020 335D was a new case for them. But their techs and coders got everything talking to each other like it was factory installed. As a software engineer for many years myself, I really appreciated their efforts.

GBReplacement FOB was $100 less at MINI Dealer We were looking to get Replacement FOBs for our MINI Coopers (we both drive them). We came across BimmerTech and were about to place an order. Then we figured out that our local Mini Dealer (yes official full dealership) charges only $195 per fob. BimmerTech charges $299 (for our particular model). So, we gave our business to our Mini dealer and the new fob worked perfectly and we saved $200 for two fobs!
