It was a Christmas present and BimmerTech sent another unit, overnight delivery. Then when my son was installing it, he ran into some vehicle specific questions and we received very quick responses from technical service on Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning. I recently purchased two BMW codes for BMW X6 to remove the legal disclaimer on start up and to show BMW M sport logo on start up I recently purchased two BMW codes for my 2016 X6, The codes came almost immediately even though I live in Australia. The after sale support was over the top as I had an issue with the install, I emailed the support team and within 8 hrs I had the problem solved. I would recommend Bimmertech to anybody that would like some upgrades to their BMW idrive system

2019 BMW X3 Apple Carplay install My 2019 BMW X3 came without access to Apple Carplay. I purchased the antenna, OBD connector, and coding session from Bimmer-Tech. The installation went perfect and works just as advertised. The videos provided gave me all the information needed. My wife is thrilled with it! I’m completely satisfied.
