GBI purchased the video in motion for my… I purchased the video in motion for my bmw x5. I was searching for a way to be able to do this and came across BimmerTech. I spoke with a representative via chat online and the customer service was awesome. Quick and responsive and gave me great insurance and confidence with my purchase. I wanted it so my son could watch movies while in the car and/or long road trips. Total game Changer, and the process only took about 15 to 20 minutes. Definitely would purchase from BimmerTech again. If you're thinking about making a upgrade for your bmw, don't hesitate it's definitely worth it.

NZThe BMW Map update. The BMW Map update went well and hassle free for the E90 M3. The maps are a bit out of date (2020-21) but much better than what was in the car (2014). The notifications of delivery etc. to New Zealand were excellent, and prompt.

GBPoor customer service -purchased a key… Poor customer service -purchased a key FOB -sent paperwork in several times-no communication at all. Waited over two weeks- told them either get the key on order or refund. Note sent they are doing a refund. Went locally-key on order same day no issues at all. Never again Very disappointed. Craig

AUI recently purchased two BMW codes for BMW X6 to remove the legal disclaimer on start up and to show BMW M sport logo on start up I recently purchased two BMW codes for my 2016 X6, The codes came almost immediately even though I live in Australia. The after sale support was over the top as I had an issue with the install, I emailed the support team and within 8 hrs I had the problem solved. I would recommend Bimmertech to anybody that would like some upgrades to their BMW idrive system
