Terrible news experience In the beginning, I thought that they were a great company. They gave me a great quote. Their policy states that you have to cancel five days prior or you’re charged a fee. However, I emailed them six days prior to cancel and four days prior. I got a text message about the car being transported again. I had to clarify that we weren’t moving after all in this very hectic situation. We weren’t approved for the house when we were supposed to move to Georgia. But they continued to charge me anyway, all the while I’m receiving text messages from the person handling my situation, he began to tell me how he’s already received two bad reviews and if he gets a third one, he’ll lose his job and how he was just fine $300 from bad reviews. It’s hectic when you’re trying to move from one state to another. And plans fall through at the last minute and you’re stuck in a hectic situation. I want customers to know that they’re more concerned with their own business and pocket money, and less concerned about the quality Inn, which they handle their customers. I definitely will never use them again.

I couldn’t be happier with the service… I couldn’t be happier with the service that I received from Tertoro (and Chris). I had a large vehicle that wasn’t the easiest to figure out, but they worked through the process, and the delivery went perfectly. I would highly recommend this company

Great Experience Great Experience Choosing a car transport broker feels like picking a random company and hoping for the best - and it is. I relied heavily on ratings. After trying 3 companies, with a wide range of quotes, I decided to go with Tertoro. They were clear about their brokerage fees, they answered the phone every time I called with questions, they followed up on the delivery and driver. I don't write feedback reviews very often, but I wanted to make sure to share that my experience was positive, and I would definitely ship with them again.

Harper is awesome!!! He was there from the beginning to the end with any questions and concerns I had. I transported my car from Washington State to Texas at a great rate and could not be happier with the quick and round the clock support I received from him. He must be the best in the business! :)
