I couldn’t be happier with the service… I couldn’t be happier with the service that I received from Tertoro (and Chris). I had a large vehicle that wasn’t the easiest to figure out, but they worked through the process, and the delivery went perfectly. I would highly recommend this company

Terrible news experience In the beginning, I thought that they were a great company. They gave me a great quote. Their policy states that you have to cancel five days prior or you’re charged a fee. However, I emailed them six days prior to cancel and four days prior. I got a text message about the car being transported again. I had to clarify that we weren’t moving after all in this very hectic situation. We weren’t approved for the house when we were supposed to move to Georgia. But they continued to charge me anyway, all the while I’m receiving text messages from the person handling my situation, he began to tell me how he’s already received two bad reviews and if he gets a third one, he’ll lose his job and how he was just fine $300 from bad reviews. It’s hectic when you’re trying to move from one state to another. And plans fall through at the last minute and you’re stuck in a hectic situation. I want customers to know that they’re more concerned with their own business and pocket money, and less concerned about the quality Inn, which they handle their customers. I definitely will never use them again.

Great Experience I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I needed a car picked up from a rather remote location and Chris found a driver and had my car delivered within days. Pricing is reasonable and worth the service. Great communication as well.

Only the best Not only did Harper at Tertoro Inc come in with an amazing price for shipping my 65 Elcamino across the country, he came in with amazing service as well, offering consistent and clear communication and utilizing his relationships and industry knowledge to insure that we got the best carrier for the job. Harper understood that my car was important to me and was careful to select a carrier that he knows and trusts who had a great track record and a direct route, so that my car was in transit for the shortest period of time possible and on the most direct route to its drop off location. They came in right on time and right on price and even checked in during and after to make sure everything was OK! Cant recommend these guys enough and can’t thank them enough for getting my car home safe and sound!
