I had such a pleasant conversation with this gentleman which set me up for a positive experience at the Saugus Ma. shop. He offered me obvious well experienced advice with suggestions in a way to not feel like a dumb senior citizen, a woman taboot! He patiently walked me through the tire specifications and appointment availabilities. He also asked for an aarp or aaa membership for a discounted total price. Just a wonderful gentleman. I also want to mention Mike from TF Saugus who ran into a few glitches with my tires but dealt with them seamlessly and "got the job done". Another experienced young man exhibiting kindness, a rare trait these days. Thanks to all.

GBTire Rotation Fiasco Had an appointment to have my four tires rotated and once I got there, they refused to do the rotation, claiming that the tires were defective and too old (which they were not). The tires had plenty of wear still left on them and the "supposed" defects were not apparent to me. The whole purpose of the "free" rotation seems to be to get you to spend more money on tires or services. In addition, the person who inspected my tires was extremely rude. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

GBNote re: setting appointments Review edited. Tire purchase offers free rotation. I was told by my local store, incorrectly, that set appointments are only available at certain times of the year. The only option the store offered was to leave my vehicle for the day or wait a potentially long period of time. As a result of this Trustpilot review, I was contacted by Town Fair customer service and given an appointment of my choosing. I appreciate the follow up and appropriate service in the end.
