GBWrong dash mat, good customer service Shipping was fast and the quality of the dash mat is excellent. Nice color and exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately it did not fit, was sent the mat for a different car model, and honestly not surprised, my car is not a common one that many companies make mats for. After some back and forth with very responsive customer service, including sending full pictures to show the error, they apologized and issued a full refund. Not a total loss. I also got their suede/alcantara minimalist steering wheel cover which is really nice. Looks like a part of the wheel, adds a touch of sportiness, and feels great. Overall would buy from again knowing they will work hard to make sure customers are satisfied.

GBPlacing order was pretty… Placing order was pretty straightforward and even comes with options for payment plans. Placed order (which I paid for expedited since I was due to move pretty soon) and came in in great time. Install was pretty easy and I did receive and email prior to my delivery about things to keep in mind in install. Have liked the customer service and the look,feel of mats. Pretty happy with my choice in purchasing from Luxus

ILThey have scammed me They have scammed me, made 2 purchases, 1 arrived after 3 months, the other one never arrived, it’s about 5 months already, highly unreliable, they don’t even answer, beware!!! Reply to their reply: i have ordered 2 orders from their website, 1 has arrived, - after 2 months!, one has never arrived, they lie that there has been a mix up, i reached all possible ways in order to get the owners of this fake scam company to pay their due for their thievery , you have no morals.
