USPossible Scam I placed my first order (LCM10735) on 03/11, after sometime, they received the FedEx label for my order. The label has been sitting in Pico Rivera, California for 22 days and counting. They wont give FedEx the package for shipment. My second order (LCM10830) was ordered 03/17 and still remains as “ordered placed.” I am very confused as to why my mats are just sitting in California for a month and my other mats have yet to leave their facility. I contacted them with the only piece of contact information that they will provide (email). I emailed them 2-3 times and have yet to receive a reply. I am over 400 dollars in the hole because they are possibly a scam. If I don’t receive my items soon and they continue to ignore, I am reporting them to the BBB and filing a suit.

USVery satisfied Customer service was excellent for me. Was kept informed on status of order. Mats fit great and easy to install. Had to use the Velcro strips they give you for the plastic areas. Was skeptical at first, been burnt before. Overall good experience. Thank you.

ILThey have scammed me They have scammed me, made 2 purchases, 1 arrived after 3 months, the other one never arrived, it’s about 5 months already, highly unreliable, they don’t even answer, beware!!! Reply to their reply: i have ordered 2 orders from their website, 1 has arrived, - after 2 months!, one has never arrived, they lie that there has been a mix up, i reached all possible ways in order to get the owners of this fake scam company to pay their due for their thievery , you have no morals.
