GBPossible Scam I placed my first order (LCM10735) on 03/11, after sometime, they received the FedEx label for my order. The label has been sitting in Pico Rivera, California for 22 days and counting. They wont give FedEx the package for shipment. My second order (LCM10830) was ordered 03/17 and still remains as “ordered placed.” I am very confused as to why my mats are just sitting in California for a month and my other mats have yet to leave their facility. I contacted them with the only piece of contact information that they will provide (email). I emailed them 2-3 times and have yet to receive a reply. I am over 400 dollars in the hole because they are possibly a scam. If I don’t receive my items soon and they continue to ignore, I am reporting them to the BBB and filing a suit.

CAI absolutely love my mats I absolutely love my mats! They came fairly quickly and were installed in a timely fashion. They leave a very luxurious look while retaining the sporty vibe as well. I definitely recommend getting Luxus mats if you want to impress while protecting your investment.

GBWrong dash mat, good customer service Shipping was fast and the quality of the dash mat is excellent. Nice color and exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately it did not fit, was sent the mat for a different car model, and honestly not surprised, my car is not a common one that many companies make mats for. After some back and forth with very responsive customer service, including sending full pictures to show the error, they apologized and issued a full refund. Not a total loss. I also got their suede/alcantara minimalist steering wheel cover which is really nice. Looks like a part of the wheel, adds a touch of sportiness, and feels great. Overall would buy from again knowing they will work hard to make sure customers are satisfied.
