Amazing service! Being a very anxious traveller I knew if I got my airport to hotel transfer wrong it would have spoilt my break so I booked Luxor Limo's meet and greet service. After a very early start in the UK followed by an 8 hour flight to Newark it was great to receive the text advising that our driver was onsite. Chun was a very welcome sight as we exited customs as he took my case and lead us to the car. Beautiful luxurious car, complimentary drinks which were gratefully received and Chun was extremely courteous and polite. All this made for a lovely relaxing ride into New York allowing us to take in the sights en route. Professional black car service Timely, friendly, and skilled drivers operating clean and well maintained vehicles. And with bottled water! Nice to have access to that after a long flight. Have used Luxor for several years and their quality of service has been consistent.

Highly recommend I have used this company two different times for two different visits going from JFK Airport into Manhattan. It has always been an excellent experience. very excellent drivers they have always provided water and good conversation very friendly drivers. cars are clean and neat and they're always here on a timely manner in fact they are usually always early. I have used another car company the first time I came to New York ( which by the way we're late and totally forgot that they were supposed to pick us up at the airport ) and Luxor is competitively priced but you get a better ride with them.

Overall good! Had the Cadi/limo that should accommodate 20 but we were 17 adults and quite cramped!! Arrived on time and the company even made accommodation with time adjustment as requested. This might of made the driver upset because he could of being nicer. Air conditioner was lousy, even so second time using and plan to use again just because my first experience was great 5 years ago!
