Was charged 450.00 for a trip from La Gaurdia to Waldorf Astoria. Ordered a 14 passenger Sprinter van . Was charged by the hour plus expenses kind of understand. Called en route to modify secondary pickup and was told they could roll both trips into one. My secondary pickup was charged in full as a late cancellation and additional time charged to original trip. Not only was my original charge increased from 215.00 to 388.00 but upon attempting to do the right thing and not have my second driver stood up charged 62.00 for canceled ride and additional time on Mini bus. Very disappointed.

Overall good! Had the Cadi/limo that should accommodate 20 but we were 17 adults and quite cramped!! Arrived on time and the company even made accommodation with time adjustment as requested. This might of made the driver upset because he could of being nicer. Air conditioner was lousy, even so second time using and plan to use again just because my first experience was great 5 years ago!

Excellent, very professional. I choose Luxor Limo based on price & availability. During my famliy bereavement the 14 passenger Sprinter was very handy. The limo from the funeral home was $510 for 7 passengers. With Luxor I transported twice as many passengers for a less than $800.. I received a text stating my driver was on the premisses. Going towards wrong airport When called to adjust the pick up time the company rep insisted that we changed and address and wanted to charge additional money. When the driver picked up passengers, he took them to NY instead and had to turn around to get back to New Jersey Newark airport. Did the driver not check the order, they have folks entering the flight number and airport, no excuse for talking people to the wrong airport.

Very friendly and punctual Very friendly and punctual! Would have liked to have known the meet and greet was unable To occur in airport as we had to call to figure out how to connect with driver ( was expecting him to meet us). He was very apologetic and made experience wonderful! Would use services agin! Thanks for making our 30 year Anniversary trip memorable
