FRActually Actually, I was not supe rhappy: after finding it complicated to find the driver (who was very nice), my family was waiting at customs and the driver had to wait several minutes longer. I was then charged without my knowledge another 100 bucks... 1 day later. This was not cool and I wished that a representative would have spoken to me first.

GBVery friendly and punctual Very friendly and punctual! Would have liked to have known the meet and greet was unable To occur in airport as we had to call to figure out how to connect with driver ( was expecting him to meet us). He was very apologetic and made experience wonderful! Would use services agin! Thanks for making our 30 year Anniversary trip memorable

GBAmazing service! Being a very anxious traveller I knew if I got my airport to hotel transfer wrong it would have spoilt my break so I booked Luxor Limo's meet and greet service. After a very early start in the UK followed by an 8 hour flight to Newark it was great to receive the text advising that our driver was onsite. Chun was a very welcome sight as we exited customs as he took my case and lead us to the car. Beautiful luxurious car, complimentary drinks which were gratefully received and Chun was extremely courteous and polite. All this made for a lovely relaxing ride into New York allowing us to take in the sights en route. Can't recommend you enough, if you want that little bit of luxury to enhance your New York break you need to book Luxor Limo. Thank you for getting our break off to the best possible start 😄

GBYou get what you pay for On one of the hottest days of the summer, our driver did not know how to operate his air conditioning. The person in the third row seat had to lean forward and play with controls. Also driver seemed unwilling to listen to anything but HIS own musical selection, which happened to be some type of Indian music that we just didn't want to hear. Overall when you pay for a service, you want comfort, courtesy, and promptness. One out of three was No Bueno... If I had to rate on ease of reserving, and cost I would give five stars.

TTThe driver logged in and knew my… The driver logged in and knew my correct flight time arrival even wen I posted the wrong time due to day light savings. I didn’t have to wait due to my own mistake the driver was there and ready wen we landed and wen I came out he was quick to get us out the cold and on our way. Even tho I gave them five stars for service and effeciency, the car could have been a bit updated for the price. Other than that I was happy with the experience.
