I didn’t have to wait due to my own mistake the driver was there and ready wen we landed and wen I came out he was quick to get us out the cold and on our way. Even tho I gave them five stars for service and effeciency, the car could have been a bit updated for the price. Other than that I was happy with the experience.

NY to Southington Ct Very clean and comfortable. Friendly and courteous. Only one issue. The journey took much longer than expected. By some error using the navigator, the driver took us to the wrong town/address which added about 1/2 hour to our journey. Otherwise, excellent.

Luxor SUV Overall, our experience was great. Meeting the driver was a little confusing, so I would recommend the extra $ to have him come to you. Our SUV was spectacular and our driver was phenomenal about getting us to our hotel fast and making some great recommendations on restaurants. I’d use LUXOR again.

Overall good! Had the Cadi/limo that should accommodate 20 but we were 17 adults and quite cramped!! Arrived on time and the company even made accommodation with time adjustment as requested. This might of made the driver upset because he could of being nicer. Air conditioner was lousy, even so second time using and plan to use again just because my first experience was great 5 years ago!
