Excellent, very professional. I choose Luxor Limo based on price & availability. During my famliy bereavement the 14 passenger Sprinter was very handy. The limo from the funeral home was $510 for 7 passengers. With Luxor I transported twice as many passengers for a less than $800.. I received a text stating my driver was on the premisses. The driver logged in and knew my… The driver logged in and knew my correct flight time arrival even wen I posted the wrong time due to day light savings. I didn’t have to wait due to my own mistake the driver was there and ready wen we landed and wen I came out he was quick to get us out the cold and on our way. Even tho I gave them five stars for service and effeciency, the car could have been a bit updated for the price. Other than that I was happy with the experience.

Amazing service! Being a very anxious traveller I knew if I got my airport to hotel transfer wrong it would have spoilt my break so I booked Luxor Limo's meet and greet service. After a very early start in the UK followed by an 8 hour flight to Newark it was great to receive the text advising that our driver was onsite. Chun was a very welcome sight as we exited customs as he took my case and lead us to the car. Beautiful luxurious car, complimentary drinks which were gratefully received and Chun was extremely courteous and polite. All this made for a lovely relaxing ride into New York allowing us to take in the sights en route. Can't recommend you enough, if you want that little bit of luxury to enhance your New York break you need to book Luxor Limo. Thank you for getting our break off to the best possible start 😄

Perfect Experience We can't say enough good things about this limo service. Honest, efficient, economical - this company had it all. We were traveling from rural PA to JFK, a true culture shock. There was no need for our apprehensions. The service met us at the train station and made our transport to the airport effortless. Actually, we are still confused as to why anyone would ever take a taxi to JFK, giving the economic comparisons. Thanks for a great experience.

Was charged 450.00 for a trip from La Gaurdia to Waldorf Astoria. Ordered a 14 passenger Sprinter van . Was charged by the hour plus expenses kind of understand. Called en route to modify secondary pickup and was told they could roll both trips into one. My secondary pickup was charged in full as a late cancellation and additional time charged to original trip. Not only was my original charge increased from 215.00 to 388.00 but upon attempting to do the right thing and not have my second driver stood up charged 62.00 for canceled ride and additional time on Mini bus. Very disappointed.
