Was charged 450.00 for a trip from La Gaurdia to Waldorf Astoria. Ordered a 14 passenger Sprinter van . Was charged by the hour plus expenses kind of understand. Called en route to modify secondary pickup and was told they could roll both trips into one. My secondary pickup was charged in full as a late cancellation and additional time charged to original trip. Not only was my original charge increased from 215.00 to 388.00 but upon attempting to do the right thing and not have my second driver stood up charged 62.00 for canceled ride and additional time on Mini bus. Very disappointed.

We used Luxor from LGA to our NY hotel… We used Luxor from LGA to our NY hotel and then again from our hotel back to the airport. We were impressed by the service, drivers and way Luxor Limo verified everything with us before the trip and put us in direct touch with both drivers. The drivers were professional and pleasant. Overall, Luxor lived up to their name and provided clean, courteous and professional service. We would use them again anytime.

NY to Southington Ct Very clean and comfortable. Friendly and courteous. Only one issue. The journey took much longer than expected. By some error using the navigator, the driver took us to the wrong town/address which added about 1/2 hour to our journey. Otherwise, excellent.

Highly recommend I have used this company two different times for two different visits going from JFK Airport into Manhattan. It has always been an excellent experience. very excellent drivers they have always provided water and good conversation very friendly drivers. cars are clean and neat and they're always here on a timely manner in fact they are usually always early. I have used another car company the first time I came to New York ( which by the way we're late and totally forgot that they were supposed to pick us up at the airport ) and Luxor is competitively priced but you get a better ride with them.
