Actually Actually, I was not supe rhappy: after finding it complicated to find the driver (who was very nice), my family was waiting at customs and the driver had to wait several minutes longer. I was then charged without my knowledge another 100 bucks... 1 day later. This was not cool and I wished that a representative would have spoken to me first.

You get what you pay for On one of the hottest days of the summer, our driver did not know how to operate his air conditioning. The person in the third row seat had to lean forward and play with controls. Also driver seemed unwilling to listen to anything but HIS own musical selection, which happened to be some type of Indian music that we just didn't want to hear. Overall when you pay for a service, you want comfort, courtesy, and promptness. One out of three was No Bueno... If I had to rate on ease of reserving, and cost I would give five stars.
