GBExcellent, very professional. I choose Luxor Limo based on price & availability. During my famliy bereavement the 14 passenger Sprinter was very handy. The limo from the funeral home was $510 for 7 passengers. With Luxor I transported twice as many passengers for a less than $800.. I received a text stating my driver was on the premisses. GBOverall good! Had the Cadi/limo that should accommodate 20 but we were 17 adults and quite cramped!! Arrived on time and the company even made accommodation with time adjustment as requested. This might of made the driver upset because he could of being nicer. Air conditioner was lousy, even so second time using and plan to use again just because my first experience was great 5 years ago!

GBHighly recommend I have used this company two different times for two different visits going from JFK Airport into Manhattan. It has always been an excellent experience. very excellent drivers they have always provided water and good conversation very friendly drivers. cars are clean and neat and they're always here on a timely manner in fact they are usually always early. I have used another car company the first time I came to New York ( which by the way we're late and totally forgot that they were supposed to pick us up at the airport ) and Luxor is competitively priced but you get a better ride with them.

GBPerfect Experience We can't say enough good things about this limo service. Honest, efficient, economical - this company had it all. We were traveling from rural PA to JFK, a true culture shock. There was no need for our apprehensions. The service met us at the train station and made our transport to the airport effortless. Actually, we are still confused as to why anyone would ever take a taxi to JFK, giving the economic comparisons. Thanks for a great experience.

GBGoing towards wrong airport When called to adjust the pick up time the company rep insisted that we changed and address and wanted to charge additional money. When the driver picked up passengers, he took them to NY instead and had to turn around to get back to New Jersey Newark airport. Did the driver not check the order, they have folks entering the flight number and airport, no excuse for talking people to the wrong airport.
