GBGoing towards wrong airport When called to adjust the pick up time the company rep insisted that we changed and address and wanted to charge additional money. When the driver picked up passengers, he took them to NY instead and had to turn around to get back to New Jersey Newark airport. Did the driver not check the order, they have folks entering the flight number and airport, no excuse for talking people to the wrong airport.

GBI've never used a service like this… I've never used a service like this before, so was a bit nervous that the driver would not show since a storm was scheduled. To my delight, he was there waiting for me and drove me from JFK to BDL in a snowstorm! He didn't drive fast to just get the ride done, but took his time which was appreciated since the roads were very bad! I would definitely recommend your service to others.

GBI've used Luxor Limo for about four… I've used Luxor Limo for about four years now. Always arrive on time, only once where the driver was a few minutes late. They always text or call to let you know that they are there. The cars are clean, the drivers are professional, and I use them for airport trips, long rides that I can't drive myself, or just convenience things during inclement weather.

GBWas charged 450.00 for a trip from La Gaurdia to Waldorf Astoria. Ordered a 14 passenger Sprinter van . Was charged by the hour plus expenses kind of understand. Called en route to modify secondary pickup and was told they could roll both trips into one. My secondary pickup was charged in full as a late cancellation and additional time charged to original trip. Not only was my original charge increased from 215.00 to 388.00 but upon attempting to do the right thing and not have my second driver stood up charged 62.00 for canceled ride and additional time on Mini bus. Very disappointed.

FRActually Actually, I was not supe rhappy: after finding it complicated to find the driver (who was very nice), my family was waiting at customs and the driver had to wait several minutes longer. I was then charged without my knowledge another 100 bucks... 1 day later. This was not cool and I wished that a representative would have spoken to me first.
