GBWas charged 450.00 for a trip from La Gaurdia to Waldorf Astoria. Ordered a 14 passenger Sprinter van . Was charged by the hour plus expenses kind of understand. Called en route to modify secondary pickup and was told they could roll both trips into one. My secondary pickup was charged in full as a late cancellation and additional time charged to original trip. Not only was my original charge increased from 215.00 to 388.00 but upon attempting to do the right thing and not have my second driver stood up charged 62.00 for canceled ride and additional time on Mini bus. Very disappointed.

FRActually Actually, I was not supe rhappy: after finding it complicated to find the driver (who was very nice), my family was waiting at customs and the driver had to wait several minutes longer. I was then charged without my knowledge another 100 bucks... 1 day later. This was not cool and I wished that a representative would have spoken to me first.

GBWe used Luxor from LGA to our NY hotel… We used Luxor from LGA to our NY hotel and then again from our hotel back to the airport. We were impressed by the service, drivers and way Luxor Limo verified everything with us before the trip and put us in direct touch with both drivers. The drivers were professional and pleasant. Overall, Luxor lived up to their name and provided clean, courteous and professional service. We would use them again anytime.

GBLuxor SUV Overall, our experience was great. Meeting the driver was a little confusing, so I would recommend the extra $ to have him come to you. Our SUV was spectacular and our driver was phenomenal about getting us to our hotel fast and making some great recommendations on restaurants. I’d use LUXOR again.

GBYou get what you pay for On one of the hottest days of the summer, our driver did not know how to operate his air conditioning. The person in the third row seat had to lean forward and play with controls. Also driver seemed unwilling to listen to anything but HIS own musical selection, which happened to be some type of Indian music that we just didn't want to hear. Overall when you pay for a service, you want comfort, courtesy, and promptness. One out of three was No Bueno... If I had to rate on ease of reserving, and cost I would give five stars.
