Wonderful experience I contacted Luxor as a last minute add on to our daughters wedding. Their site was very clear and easy to use. Their prices were fair with no "surprises". Our driver was on time, very professional, extremely accommodating and knowledgeable. Their customer service was very reliable. I always got a live person when I called and they provided me with all the info I needed. I would highly recommend them.

Was charged 450.00 for a trip from La Gaurdia to Waldorf Astoria. Ordered a 14 passenger Sprinter van . Was charged by the hour plus expenses kind of understand. Called en route to modify secondary pickup and was told they could roll both trips into one. My secondary pickup was charged in full as a late cancellation and additional time charged to original trip. Not only was my original charge increased from 215.00 to 388.00 but upon attempting to do the right thing and not have my second driver stood up charged 62.00 for canceled ride and additional time on Mini bus. Very disappointed.

Perfect Experience We can't say enough good things about this limo service. Honest, efficient, economical - this company had it all. We were traveling from rural PA to JFK, a true culture shock. There was no need for our apprehensions. The service met us at the train station and made our transport to the airport effortless.
