Overall good! Had the Cadi/limo that should accommodate 20 but we were 17 adults and quite cramped!! Arrived on time and the company even made accommodation with time adjustment as requested. This might of made the driver upset because he could of being nicer. Air conditioner was lousy, even so second time using and plan to use again just because my first experience was great 5 years ago!

Luxor SUV Overall, our experience was great. Meeting the driver was a little confusing, so I would recommend the extra $ to have him come to you. Our SUV was spectacular and our driver was phenomenal about getting us to our hotel fast and making some great recommendations on restaurants. I’d use LUXOR again.

Would have liked to have known the meet and greet was unable To occur in airport as we had to call to figure out how to connect with driver ( was expecting him to meet us). Was charged 450.00 for a trip from La Gaurdia to Waldorf Astoria. Ordered a 14 passenger Sprinter van . Was charged by the hour plus expenses kind of understand. Called en route to modify secondary pickup and was told they could roll both trips into one. My secondary pickup was charged in full as a late cancellation and additional time charged to original trip. Not only was my original charge increased from 215.00 to 388.00 but upon attempting to do the right thing and not have my second driver stood up charged 62.00 for canceled ride and additional time on Mini bus. Very disappointed.

Great all around Our driver was amazing and the service was even better! Thoroughly enjoyed our drive from the airport to the hotel and the driver was very accomodating helping us find him and our ride! This was my first time booking a limo and I would highly recommend using this service I will definitely use them again
