GBWonderful experience I contacted Luxor as a last minute add on to our daughters wedding. Their site was very clear and easy to use. Their prices were fair with no "surprises". Our driver was on time, very professional, extremely accommodating and knowledgeable. Their customer service was very reliable. I always got a live person when I called and they provided me with all the info I needed. I would highly recommend them.

GBHighly recommend I have used this company two different times for two different visits going from JFK Airport into Manhattan. It has always been an excellent experience. very excellent drivers they have always provided water and good conversation very friendly drivers. cars are clean and neat and they're always here on a timely manner in fact they are usually always early. I have used another car company the first time I came to New York ( which by the way we're late and totally forgot that they were supposed to pick us up at the airport ) and Luxor is competitively priced but you get a better ride with them.

GBI've never used a service like this… I've never used a service like this before, so was a bit nervous that the driver would not show since a storm was scheduled. To my delight, he was there waiting for me and drove me from JFK to BDL in a snowstorm! He didn't drive fast to just get the ride done, but took his time which was appreciated since the roads were very bad! I would definitely recommend your service to others.

GBYou get what you pay for On one of the hottest days of the summer, our driver did not know how to operate his air conditioning. The person in the third row seat had to lean forward and play with controls. Also driver seemed unwilling to listen to anything but HIS own musical selection, which happened to be some type of Indian music that we just didn't want to hear. Overall when you pay for a service, you want comfort, courtesy, and promptness. One out of three was No Bueno... If I had to rate on ease of reserving, and cost I would give five stars.
