GBYou get what you pay for On one of the hottest days of the summer, our driver did not know how to operate his air conditioning. The person in the third row seat had to lean forward and play with controls. Also driver seemed unwilling to listen to anything but HIS own musical selection, which happened to be some type of Indian music that we just didn't want to hear. Overall when you pay for a service, you want comfort, courtesy, and promptness. One out of three was No Bueno... If I had to rate on ease of reserving, and cost I would give five stars.

GBProfessional black car service Timely, friendly, and skilled drivers operating clean and well maintained vehicles. And with bottled water! Nice to have access to that after a long flight. Have used Luxor for several years and their quality of service has been consistent.

FRActually Actually, I was not supe rhappy: after finding it complicated to find the driver (who was very nice), my family was waiting at customs and the driver had to wait several minutes longer. I was then charged without my knowledge another 100 bucks... 1 day later. This was not cool and I wished that a representative would have spoken to me first.

AUNY to Southington Ct Very clean and comfortable. Friendly and courteous. Only one issue. The journey took much longer than expected. By some error using the navigator, the driver took us to the wrong town/address which added about 1/2 hour to our journey. Otherwise, excellent.

GBExcellent, very professional. I choose Luxor Limo based on price & availability. During my famliy bereavement the 14 passenger Sprinter was very handy. The limo from the funeral home was $510 for 7 passengers. With Luxor I transported twice as many passengers for a less than $800.. I received a text stating my driver was on the premisses. The driver was very nice, professional & patient.. Thank You so much.. Babara from Brooklyn
