I've never used a service like this… I've never used a service like this before, so was a bit nervous that the driver would not show since a storm was scheduled. To my delight, he was there waiting for me and drove me from JFK to BDL in a snowstorm! He didn't drive fast to just get the ride done, but took his time which was appreciated since the roads were very bad! I would definitely recommend your service to others.

Excellent, very professional. I choose Luxor Limo based on price & availability. During my famliy bereavement the 14 passenger Sprinter was very handy. The limo from the funeral home was $510 for 7 passengers. With Luxor I transported twice as many passengers for a less than $800.. I received a text stating my driver was on the premisses. Overall good! Had the Cadi/limo that should accommodate 20 but we were 17 adults and quite cramped!! Arrived on time and the company even made accommodation with time adjustment as requested. This might of made the driver upset because he could of being nicer. Air conditioner was lousy, even so second time using and plan to use again just because my first experience was great 5 years ago!

Great all around Our driver was amazing and the service was even better! Thoroughly enjoyed our drive from the airport to the hotel and the driver was very accomodating helping us find him and our ride! This was my first time booking a limo and I would highly recommend using this service I will definitely use them again
