GBLuxor SUV Overall, our experience was great. Meeting the driver was a little confusing, so I would recommend the extra $ to have him come to you. Our SUV was spectacular and our driver was phenomenal about getting us to our hotel fast and making some great recommendations on restaurants. I’d use LUXOR again.

FRActually Actually, I was not supe rhappy: after finding it complicated to find the driver (who was very nice), my family was waiting at customs and the driver had to wait several minutes longer. I was then charged without my knowledge another 100 bucks... 1 day later. This was not cool and I wished that a representative would have spoken to me first.

GBOverall good! Had the Cadi/limo that should accommodate 20 but we were 17 adults and quite cramped!! Arrived on time and the company even made accommodation with time adjustment as requested. This might of made the driver upset because he could of being nicer. Air conditioner was lousy, even so second time using and plan to use again just because my first experience was great 5 years ago!

GBGoing towards wrong airport When called to adjust the pick up time the company rep insisted that we changed and address and wanted to charge additional money. When the driver picked up passengers, he took them to NY instead and had to turn around to get back to New Jersey Newark airport. Did the driver not check the order, they have folks entering the flight number and airport, no excuse for talking people to the wrong airport.

GBI've never used a service like this… I've never used a service like this before, so was a bit nervous that the driver would not show since a storm was scheduled. To my delight, he was there waiting for me and drove me from JFK to BDL in a snowstorm! He didn't drive fast to just get the ride done, but took his time which was appreciated since the roads were very bad! I would definitely recommend your service to others.
