Great services!! Good moving experience with this company! Engaged their services for my recent move and was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and efficiency. Thumbs up! Literally just finished our move out of our flat to our first home. Team were very quick, safe and friendly movers. Would definitely recommend. We were totally moved in under 5 hours! Very impressed. You guys should also try these movers if you want to be relaxed.

I inquired about a quote...and they never got back with me I called them four times during normal business hours on different days and all four times I got hung up on. I read all these reviews about 'excellent communication' but I guess I'm the outlier here. Decided to go with another moving company that I was able to get a quote with over the phone the same day and they are much easier to deal with. A1A Movers gave me the cold shoulder and I'm never coming back.

Terrible customer service Today I got my things delivered, exactly 16 days after the date I was promised by Anne Marie. Worst experience ever! Please don’t get scammed by her and this company, she’s a liar and everyone else covers her because I called about 50 times and nobody cared (one of the calls Anne Marie actually answered and hung up when she realized it was me), I hope she doesn’t have a job anymore. Some items arrived broken and others missing. Drivers are ok but costumer service is terrible. If you need your things fast please use a different company, they rarely answer the calls and NEVER emails

Thanks to them for being so sweet! Movers delivered a heavy closet to us from my uncle’s place. They were communicative, on time, and good humored. Would definitely trust them again! Not a single scratch on the closet, they put it where I requested them to and it was super heavy guys.
