Movers arrived right on time and went straight to work. They disassembled and reassembled, wrapped up all our fragile items and even did a final walk through to assure nothing was left behind before driving to the new residence. GBI inquired about a quote...and they never got back with me I called them four times during normal business hours on different days and all four times I got hung up on. I read all these reviews about 'excellent communication' but I guess I'm the outlier here. Decided to go with another moving company that I was able to get a quote with over the phone the same day and they are much easier to deal with. A1A Movers gave me the cold shoulder and I'm never coming back.
