another filter... Four filters so far... would be five if one was available for my BMW! Oldest filter is on my 2007 Silverado. I can't be happier with these filters!

What Happened To Your Customer Service? I am very satisfied with my Pure Power filter and your products are top notch. However the reason I gave you 3 stars is your lack of or MIA customer service reps. Sometime in mid or late summer I called your business phone number and left a message and sent an email with an important question and NO ONE responded! It seemed y'all were on a company wide extended vacation which left NO ONE to answer phones or return emails.I feel that is irresponsible particularly due to the technical aspect of your product. Maybe this is something y'all should discuss at your next company meeting. Other than that I support your product and have no problem referring others to your company. I have used these on my personal FXR I have used these on my personnel HARLEY noticed a crisper throttle response immediately! Sold well over 50 plus at my old HD shop and people have asked me ,am I nuts or do I feel a little more snap now? I said well cooler oil temps ona HD equal better response ,so I would say YES to snappier throttle upon the install of the filter . I also stated to people it helps the environment and in 10 oil changes you have paid for the filter (KN oilf f,s $20 per )
