GBWhat Happened To Your Customer Service? I am very satisfied with my Pure Power filter and your products are top notch. However the reason I gave you 3 stars is your lack of or MIA customer service reps. Sometime in mid or late summer I called your business phone number and left a message and sent an email with an important question and NO ONE responded! It seemed y'all were on a company wide extended vacation which left NO ONE to answer phones or return emails.I feel that is irresponsible particularly due to the technical aspect of your product. Maybe this is something y'all should discuss at your next company meeting. Other than that I support your product and have no problem referring others to your company.
