This is not about the CarTrawler company, but about the company for which it mediated the car rental, i.e. MEX

Excellent rental experience The service was great all around. Picked up the van in under 10 minutes. Van was perfect for 8 people and clean. When we returned the van, it was as easy as driving in to the lot and simply getting out of the van. It was that fast. Wonderful experience all around.
