Stole my money in colombia I booked a car through carngo/cartrawler for an afterhours pickup when my plane landed. When I got there the office was closed and security turned me away. When I went back the next day the clerk at rentafacil told me that they don't book through third parties and there was no car reserved for me. Now cartrawler and rentafacil have me listed as a noshow and I can't get a refund. They stole $300 from me Feb 3 2024 CO844553460. As a chargeback case is now open, the matter rests with your card provider who will conduct an investigation to determine whether or not a refund will be processed from their side. Cartrawler showed my bank that I am listed as a no show, and so the bank has denied my claim. The money remains stolen. I called the cartrawler office in Dublin. They refuse to issue a refund.

They told me oops we cant refund you and took my money for nothing. Do not use them! Go directly to a rental company. This is a total scam company

Good Service but review your Billing Great service, very helpful staff. Make sure you review your billing as we were charged for fuel even though the vehicle was returned with a full tank. I have contacted Enterprise and was told 3 business days for review.
