CHHuge mistake in car category - worst customer service It all seemed to be working well until I get to the car hiring company and I get a car sized half of what I had booked. After a lot of investigation I even get from the local company the document they got from CarTrawler. It is clear: the car category I paid for is NOT the one CarTrawler instructed the local company. So not only I finish losing my time and my family's when getting the car (after more than 13h flying) but when I complain to CarTrawler they basically do not give any answer to the 4 documents proving their mistake. Basically compare online a Jeep Patriot and a VW T-cross and you will see if there is a difference.

DEExcellent rental experience The service was great all around. Picked up the van in under 10 minutes. Van was perfect for 8 people and clean. When we returned the van, it was as easy as driving in to the lot and simply getting out of the van. It was that fast. Wonderful experience all around.

GBSkip the service desk and go right to your car Never use them before… Like the ability via email to check in online and go right to the garage and pick up my car… I was able to skip the service desk

AUEasy to find desk Easy to find desk, quick and efficient Had booked a small car knowing the narrow roads, given bigger car. Partly my fault as I didn’t ask enough questions about charging, had to return for the info 2 days later.
