When I went back the next day the clerk at rentafacil told me that they don't book through third parties and there was no car reserved for me. Cartrawler showed my bank that I am listed as a no show, and so the bank has denied my claim. The money remains stolen. I called the cartrawler office in Dublin. They refuse to issue a refund.
