Poor customer service and don’t know how to do business. Very poor phone sales I spoke to them they transferred me to different partners and then said we won’t buy your car it has a lien on it, waste of time and reps on the phone are of a low tier. Prequalifications and data gathering lacks key info. Side note if your vehicle is listed in any auction where dealers have access to they “red flag” it as if it s a time bombe and the treatment becomes very different they talked to me as if I was going to scam them. Good fair price, easy, quick. One or two calls, I sent some info via text, and in just a few days they picked up the vehicle with a check for me in hand. I got quite a bit over what the dealers had offered me in trade towards a new vehicle. Didn't have to list it and deal with people trying to talk me down. Easy peazy!
