All signing and transfer of title was done easily online. The negotiated price was fair and the vehicle pickup was done quickly with the check delivered. When I had some issues uploading pictures, the service group was easy to reach, patient and clear with their instructions. They waiting for me to solve the problem and confirmed receipt of the materials. They picked up the car and made sure everything was out - I forgot to take off the EZPass and they caught it before they left. Would definitely sell another car through them.
