Poor customer service and don’t know how to do business. Very poor phone sales I spoke to them they transferred me to different partners and then said we won’t buy your car it has a lien on it, waste of time and reps on the phone are of a low tier. Prequalifications and data gathering lacks key info. Side note if your vehicle is listed in any auction where dealers have access to they “red flag” it as if it s a time bombe and the treatment becomes very different they talked to me as if I was going to scam them. They have a lot more to learn don’t waste your time Autonation we buy your car are far more superior in every aspect

First Class Experience Not sure I’ll ever sell a vehicle to anyone other than ALGO. Rather than haggle with car dealerships that constantly want to low-ball, ALGO makes a fair offer upfront and the process to complete the transaction is incredibly simple. Customer service is excellent on top of everything.

Why I decided NOT to go with ALGO. Why I decided NOT to go with ALGO. 1. Initial offer was bait - the initial offer was obviously too good to be true. It was not believable and transparent as a marketing ploy 2. The real offer - was more align with standards when conducting comparison search. No problems here until… 3. $125 fee - this is not in line with competitors. Scam sandwich Initial offer - bait Realistic offer - on par Admin fee - your profit and then some.

Good fair price, easy, quick. One or two calls, I sent some info via text, and in just a few days they picked up the vehicle with a check for me in hand. I got quite a bit over what the dealers had offered me in trade towards a new vehicle. Didn't have to list it and deal with people trying to talk me down. Easy peazy!
