Scumbag company Scumbag company. Makes an offer and then tries to low-ball you. Offered us over $12k for our vehicle which sounded great because local local used car dealer offers us $10k cash. When I called to confirm they wanted to give us only $7k, $3 less than local offer and over $6 what they initially told us it was worth. Expect bait and switch, high pressure sales tactics and relentless phone calls and hounding.

When I had some issues uploading pictures, the service group was easy to reach, patient and clear with their instructions.
