Shockingly Great I had a price for my car in less than 1 hour. Had a great experience with them, because my car was in mint condition and collectors wanted it. I got a great deal with this company and recommend them for novises like me who do not know anything about selling a car. One recommendation, the webside should be made easier to navigate, I had to call several times for help. But I give them a 10 over the rest of places who want to buy cars. I got quotes from Carvana I got quotes from Carvana, CarMax, ALGO and several other companies. ALGO was by far the highest offer and was super easy to deal with. After paperwork was signed, they picked up the car and gave me the check same day. Would highly recommend.

It was not believable and transparent as a marketing ploy 2. The real offer - was more align with standards when conducting comparison search. No problems here until… 3. $125 fee - this is not in line with competitors. Scam sandwich Initial offer - bait Realistic offer - on par Admin fee - your profit and then some.

Poor customer service and don’t know how to do business. Very poor phone sales I spoke to them they transferred me to different partners and then said we won’t buy your car it has a lien on it, waste of time and reps on the phone are of a low tier. Prequalifications and data gathering lacks key info. Side note if your vehicle is listed in any auction where dealers have access to they “red flag” it as if it s a time bombe and the treatment becomes very different they talked to me as if I was going to scam them. They have a lot more to learn don’t waste your time Autonation we buy your car are far more superior in every aspect

* * BEWARE * * Low ball at Pickup time * * BEWARE * *Just came back frustrated. Offered 9K and then the driver does a obd2 scan and customer rep says transmission is toast. Bought down the offer by 3.5K. Came home disappointed and ran a OBD2 scanner check multiple times, 0 code faults/No errors or issues found, go figure. Just do not sell them your car when they play this game. ** BEWARE **
