When I had some issues uploading pictures, the service group was easy to reach, patient and clear with their instructions. They waiting for me to solve the problem and confirmed receipt of the materials. They picked up the car and made sure everything was out - I forgot to take off the EZPass and they caught it before they left. Would definitely sell another car through them.

GBFirst Class Experience Not sure I’ll ever sell a vehicle to anyone other than ALGO. Rather than haggle with car dealerships that constantly want to low-ball, ALGO makes a fair offer upfront and the process to complete the transaction is incredibly simple. Customer service is excellent on top of everything.

GB* * BEWARE * * Low ball at Pickup time * * BEWARE * *Just came back frustrated. Offered 9K and then the driver does a obd2 scan and customer rep says transmission is toast. Bought down the offer by 3.5K. Came home disappointed and ran a OBD2 scanner check multiple times, 0 code faults/No errors or issues found, go figure. Just do not sell them your car when they play this game. ** BEWARE **

GBWhy I decided NOT to go with ALGO. Why I decided NOT to go with ALGO. 1. Initial offer was bait - the initial offer was obviously too good to be true. It was not believable and transparent as a marketing ploy 2. The real offer - was more align with standards when conducting comparison search. No problems here until… 3. $125 fee - this is not in line with competitors. Scam sandwich Initial offer - bait Realistic offer - on par Admin fee - your profit and then some.
