Poor customer service and don’t know how to do business. Very poor phone sales I spoke to them they transferred me to different partners and then said we won’t buy your car it has a lien on it, waste of time and reps on the phone are of a low tier. Prequalifications and data gathering lacks key info. Side note if your vehicle is listed in any auction where dealers have access to they “red flag” it as if it s a time bombe and the treatment becomes very different they talked to me as if I was going to scam them. Best price and really easy to work with For starters, they came in with the highest price. Everything was handled online so no driving somewhere or waiting for an appraiser to eventually show up. When I had some issues uploading pictures, the service group was easy to reach, patient and clear with their instructions. They waiting for me to solve the problem and confirmed receipt of the materials.
