Poor customer service and don’t know how to do business. Very poor phone sales I spoke to them they transferred me to different partners and then said we won’t buy your car it has a lien on it, waste of time and reps on the phone are of a low tier. Prequalifications and data gathering lacks key info. Side note if your vehicle is listed in any auction where dealers have access to they “red flag” it as if it s a time bombe and the treatment becomes very different they talked to me as if I was going to scam them. They have a lot more to learn don’t waste your time Autonation we buy your car are far more superior in every aspect

The only way to sell a car! Algo was excellent to deal with from start to finish. Most importantly, they gave me a significantly higher offer as compared to the Carvana and Carmax...and dramatically better than the local dealer. The people who contacted me were polite and helpful. The process to upload documentation was simple. And finally, the company who came to pick up the car was cooperative and came earlier than normal working hours to coordinate with my schedule. Shockingly Great I had a price for my car in less than 1 hour. Had a great experience with them, because my car was in mint condition and collectors wanted it. I got a great deal with this company and recommend them for novises like me who do not know anything about selling a car. One recommendation, the webside should be made easier to navigate, I had to call several times for help. But I give them a 10 over the rest of places who want to buy cars.
