All signing and transfer of title was done easily online. The negotiated price was fair and the vehicle pickup was done quickly with the check delivered. All parties were very helpful and the pickup driver was very professional even giving me my easy pass which I forgot to take. Yes I would highly recommend ALGO to others.

GBBest price and really easy to work with For starters, they came in with the highest price. Everything was handled online so no driving somewhere or waiting for an appraiser to eventually show up. When I had some issues uploading pictures, the service group was easy to reach, patient and clear with their instructions. They waiting for me to solve the problem and confirmed receipt of the materials. They picked up the car and made sure everything was out - I forgot to take off the EZPass and they caught it before they left. Would definitely sell another car through them.

GBPoor customer service and don’t know how to do business. Very poor phone sales I spoke to them they transferred me to different partners and then said we won’t buy your car it has a lien on it, waste of time and reps on the phone are of a low tier. Prequalifications and data gathering lacks key info. Side note if your vehicle is listed in any auction where dealers have access to they “red flag” it as if it s a time bombe and the treatment becomes very different they talked to me as if I was going to scam them. They have a lot more to learn don’t waste your time Autonation we buy your car are far more superior in every aspect

GBScumbag company Scumbag company. Makes an offer and then tries to low-ball you. Offered us over $12k for our vehicle which sounded great because local local used car dealer offers us $10k cash. When I called to confirm they wanted to give us only $7k, $3 less than local offer and over $6 what they initially told us it was worth. Expect bait and switch, high pressure sales tactics and relentless phone calls and hounding.
