Broken promises Broken promises. Sold me LoJack without telling me it was built in. LoJack does not work and will not give refund. Promised two keys and full tank of gas. Didn’t happen. Will not make right. Buyer beware!!!!

Easterns Auto award winning customer service! Easterns Auto customer service is phenomenal! On August 9th, 2022, I made my second purchase through the dealer on RT40 east in Baltimore. My Customer Advisor and Product Specialist was Darryl Mayzck. Darryl assisted me every step of the way through vehicle trade-in, and new vehicle financing while explaining thoroughly every step of the process. I wasn't hassled to purchase anything other than what I came to get.....2020 Charger RT (Hemi of course :-) ). Most importantly, Darryl was instrumental with assisting me to make sure that I could afford the payments. I will continue to utilize Easterns and refer people that are interested in a vehicle purchase. Very clean environment, knowledgeable, personable and very friendly staff! The best place to go get your car! Broadus helped me get my car, he didn’t haggle with me to get another vehicle. The exact car I wanted (Honda accord ex) is what I left the dealership with. All of the sales associates at Easterns are intelligent men who know how to help when you need it. Another gentleman (Sean) also helped my dad a few weeks back to get his Acura ILX. Mike Johnson is an unprofessional Mike Johnson, of Eastern Automotive Group in Temple Hills Maryland, is an unprofessional, ghetto, judgmental, circus clown. He likes to show off to an audience. He lied about being from the legal department when he called me as a scare tactic. What he didn't realize was, I am an attorney, and not only that, but I had also already googled him. Something he should have done before he came for me. They tried to say that I falsified my income documentation because I make almost $200k a year. The only thing about my income that was false, is that's not all my income. He's used to a certain type of customer, and he thought that I was the usual. Now I must show him who I am and where my power lies.
