Shipping was faster than I expected but… Shipping was faster than I expected but also more than I expected. Also some parts were out of stock, which was frustrating especially seeing the charge for shipping.

I went to the local dealer where I… I went to the local dealer where I purchased my UV and was told I should just go to a hardware store and buy a piece of rubber hose and make my own part because it would take at least 6 weeks to get the part if I ordered it. To my wonderful surprise I received the part in 2 days. I can hardly wait to share that information with the dealer.

Wow!! Wow!!! Super fast shipping and I received a quality part. One thing I would like to see is just to have a phone number on their website. You can email them if you have questions and such but sometimes you can’t wait for an email response. Maybe there was a number but I couldn’t find it. Other than that 1 little thing.....excellent!!!
