To my wonderful surprise I received the part in 2 days. I can hardly wait to share that information with the dealer.

Horrible time getting correct parts Horrible time getting correct parts, horrible time getting paid for the deal they cut on flooring machines we took from another dealer that stopped carrying them. Parts mix ups, fails to send call tags to return parts sent in error then charges us shipping to resend a part they sent in error. Our confidence toward this company falls daily. This total mess of a company never fails to disappoint on one level or another whether it's warranty, products, service or parts.
