GBMy most sincere apologies. On June 6, 2019 I wrote a scathing review of MyAirbags for what I thought was incomplete workmanship. I was far out of line. Immediately following submitting the review, a representative of the company called me and asked that I return the instrument cluster and they would make it right. There were no additional expenses incurred and they repaired the cluster to function like new. It works perfectly and I am ashamed. Ashamed I had not given them a chance to make it right before writing such a negative review. I sincerely appreciate the ethics MyAirbags has demonstrated and wish to apologize for acting so hastily.

GBFantastic experience on my 2007… Fantastic experience on my 2007 Suburban Gauge cluster repair because the Digital display was out. I sent my part on Monday night via UPS ground, it arrived at my Airbags on Wednesday. Part was repaired and sent back the same day by USPS aground. I had the part returned and installed by Friday. Couldn’t be more happy with the Service.

GBMailed steerimg column sensor in early… Mailed steerimg column sensor in early December. Customer service called to inform me the sensor was missing frim the package so they declined receipt of the package and filed a claim with Fed Ex. Its March and still no resolution. They must have kept my check from Fed Ex for beer money.

GBFast and Prompt service Fast and Prompt service, however I expected nothing less from this company. The customer service is awesome and answered my questions without any hesitation! The ECU we sent off worked and saved our customer tons of money from having to replace! I will definitely use them in the future.

GBWell worth the money and time After my 2008 Nissan Pathfinder showed an airbag light I had my mechanic diagnose it. He said it was the seatbelt pretensioner on the passenger side. The part price was $475 with no ETA from the dealer. Labor was at least $250. After searching and finding MyAirBags.com I found the repair option and had a functioning pretensioner in 7 days for $125 and a 2 hours of labor on my own. I cannot recommend this company enough.
