GBMailed steerimg column sensor in early… Mailed steerimg column sensor in early December. Customer service called to inform me the sensor was missing frim the package so they declined receipt of the package and filed a claim with Fed Ex. Its March and still no resolution. They must have kept my check from Fed Ex for beer money.

GBMyAirbags - Professional, Quality Service with a quick turn-around! Professional, Quality, Service. Super Fast turn-around! Sent my airbag module out and received it back in a few days. It was my first time using MyAirbags. I have no reservations, I would recommend this company to anyone. My airbag control module was indicating a fault code (13). I mailed it to MyAirbags for Reset/Repair and got it back quickly, and now it's working like new.

GBDon’t do it you’ll be sorry The return shipping the past two times I use them is an absolute joke takes two days to get there and we’re up to 11 days before I get them back. I guess they will teach me if you want your parts you must pay the expedited service fee!!!!!! Please don’t make the mistake I made, Past experiences and past service is the past!!! Something changed at this company and the service now sucks!!! Don’t do it there are other companies one in the Northeast one in Miami do not use these people you will be sorry!!!!!!!!

GBused there service several times used there service several times, really never had a problem, Just received back 2 belts 2 pretensioners, and airbag module. Installed everything and had an issue with a pretensioner, Called to let them know did all the test i was told to do. Pretensioner showed bad , had to pay to reship out and waited no call to let me know it was done. Then inquired about it 5 days later and told me it was done and waiting on me to pay for shipping to return to me. Really? not only that it took a argument to get them to pay for shipment back when it was clearly there fault but they acted like they where doing me a favor. Seriously on the fence about using them again.

GBFantastically easy I had previously spent $75 on another module which was supposed to have been "free of codes" and "only needed to be coded to my car". Add to that the $55 fee for coding it to my car, which didn't work, plus the time away from work. This was an awesome solution. Only wish I had discovered it earlier. Since I had already removed the original module I only needed to package and ship the unit. A few days later it arrived. 30 minutes of removal of the other module and installation of the original module and no more SRS light. In addition to the SRS module reset this group offers other useful services for BMW owners. I highly recommend you consider MyAirbags. I'll certainly use them to fix the problematic cluster pixel issue that all BMW's suffer from.
