Paid flat ground shipping to receive… Paid flat ground shipping to receive item in a timely manner in which I did. KamiSpeed was responding to questions right after purchase but once I receive the package, which is the wrong item (M12x1.5 instead of M14), they have not been responding to me about the wrong item and it’s been over a week. I bought this and paid for faster shipping because I needed it in that time window but now it’s way out of that window. Left a VM, emailed them, and left a chat message but no response. The poor customer service is making it a lot more difficult. I don’t recommend this company

I'm getting email notifications as if… I'm getting email notifications as if I've received my product, however, that's not the case. I don't necessarily blame kamispeed for the delay in shipping, but this is certainly the longest I've ever had to wait for a product, especially a non-car part. I can surely say shipping would've been more prompt going through other vendors.

Great customer service Great customer service. I entered the incorrect email address, by one letter. Sent them a correction email didn’t expect to hear back befor product arrived. The emailed me the next day informing me of the correction. Shipped promptly, arrived as advertised and at a great price. Thank you!
