GBExtremely disappointed. No response from CPK customer service. I returned a new item to CarPartKings last month and as of today have not received the refund yet. I had sent multiple email reminders to which CPK has not responded. Their customer service is not also reachable at 1(888)501-6588 and the chat feature in their website is useless [says they are not online]. A very big disappointment and an ugly experience with CPK. I will be transacting with other parts suppliers and will not be making any more purchases with this supplier any more.

ITJust One word: Ecxellent I'm total satified from the begin by your service, organization and competence. Easy and prompt comunication and transaction. Great global offer of parts, generally purpose at honest prices, just less for the cost shipping of the International Priority Mail that is, not always so faster than the cheaper others Standard Solutions that often delivery, more or less, in the same days. I'm so glad to had find a professional seller for this actual and the next purchases of parts for my Chevy Avalanche 4x4 V8 5.3L. Thanks again for this nice experience.

GBI ordered an item on 9/23/2018 but no customer service I ordered an item on 9/23/2018 and haven't heard a word about its status since other than they took my money. After many emails to them and phone calls I finally located a tracking label was created but still no human contact, my item showed up by USPS on Saturday. Be cautious. Very poor customer service.

GBIt doesn't get any better! I discovered CarPartKings after searching for the best price + shipping for some parts I needed for my 2008 Corvette. I placed my order and just two days later, the parts showed up at my door. Excellent pricing with fast, free shipping - you can't ask for anything more. CPK will definitely be my first stop for any parts I need in the future.

GBWaiting for return label... I was told these are the correct brake pads, sadly they're the wrong ones & a easy mistake for anyone to do. The manufacturers website even states they're the correct brake pads for the vehicle. I feel as though I'm chasing the company around to get a return label, to get a return label is almost instant & know the company is delaying it & feel as though I need to open up a ebay buyers protection case for this matter. Didn't want it to come to this & will have to.
