GBGreat customer service Even though I received parts that would not fit, they provided the information so I could return them promptly for refund. On the flip side, I used the part compatibility chart and even sent an email to them confirming my vehicle year and type with a phone number if they had questions and I still got parts that would not fit. Maybe a little attention to customer needs is in order.

GBExtremely disappointed. No response from CPK customer service. I returned a new item to CarPartKings last month and as of today have not received the refund yet. I had sent multiple email reminders to which CPK has not responded. Their customer service is not also reachable at 1(888)501-6588 and the chat feature in their website is useless [says they are not online]. A very big disappointment and an ugly experience with CPK. I will be transacting with other parts suppliers and will not be making any more purchases with this supplier any more.

GBFoleys Happy!! Ordered off google - called in, spoke to a rep who sold me a set of control arms, calipers, and a mass air flow sensor for 3 DIFFERENT CARS!! Had everything in stock - shipped it to me same day received it the a day or two later. Wow couldn't be happier, will be ordereing with them again soon.

GBPoor quality, poor service Ordered brake caliper brackets... the right one wasn't drilled correctly. I called and left a message asking someone to call me and no one did. Finally had a friend re-drill the hole because I wasn't willing to wait for shipping back and forth and I didn't feel like I should have to pay for shipping their defective part. I strongly suggest anyone considering using this company to go elsewhere unless you want junk parts and junk service.
