Bought the Turbocharger Pro brand turbo… Bought the Turbocharger Pro brand turbo for under $200 for my 2002 Saab 9-3 SE, which is the high output turbo model. This turbo is usually harder to find and more expensive. I already spent too much rebuilding this car and didn't want to spend a lot on a new turbo. One year and 14,000+ miles later the turbo is still going strong. Unfortunately, I don't think they have anymore of these turbos.

WRONG TURBO!!!! I ordered turbo from these guys thinking the price was right, my only problem was I didn’t read these reviews. A hit and miss company. turbo came quickly (the only plus to this transaction) and mechanic called and told me it wasn’t even close to same turbo on my truck. You need to understand Spanish if you’re dealing with their customer service, plus be patient the day you call cause I was on hold for 45 minutes..((I’m not patient but I wasn’t gonna let them off the hook either))… I was told to take photos of my bad turbo and compare to the one they sent me…. Not even close. Sent photos immediately and Thus far I’ve been ignored, no response and next step is file complaint with BBB. This normally gets a vendors attention, for no company want the BBB on their butts. We shall see? I might be out $400 but they’ll suffer much more dollar wise! BUYERS BEWARE!!! I’ll remove this review once this issue is settled , if ever!

Sold me a bad turbocharger Sold me a bad turbocharger. They were fine with an exchange (No chance I'll be doing that!) or a refund. However, now I'm stuck with a labor charge for a turbocharger that's no good and possibly caused more damage. They said they don't cover labor but they'll sell you a bad part. Go figure. I'd like to say I'll never buy another turbocharger from them again but what's the chances that I'll ever need one again anyways. So my only recourse is to warn others. Very expensive lesson learned!!
