Unresponsive This has been a totally stressful experience. I booked a service, and when I heard nothing after 2 days, I called. I was told that my rep had a family emergency and the other rep would get back to me that night or the next day. A week after I placed my order, still no communication. I called and had the same message--tonight or tomorrow. Nothing. I contacted Road Runner instead and was confirmed in 5 minutes.

Would suggest Would suggest, assuming anyone I know is moving I will forward Route Runners to them. My vehicle was from San Antonio to Boston and they came right to both get areas and stacked/emptied my Passage Horse. Would suggest Route Runners
