Unresponsive This has been a totally stressful experience. I booked a service, and when I heard nothing after 2 days, I called. I was told that my rep had a family emergency and the other rep would get back to me that night or the next day. A week after I placed my order, still no communication. I called and had the same message--tonight or tomorrow. Nothing. I contacted Road Runner instead and was confirmed in 5 minutes.

Marvelous!! My general involvement in route runners was perfect! My driver, Vinny, was a marvelous, decent interesting person. He was open, on time and took extraordinary consideration of my consideration. I would energetically prescribe this organization to everybody!
