On time shipment I used Routerunnersautotransport services for transporting my new car. They give me insurance and shipped my car to exact location and on time. I didn't find any scratch on my car. I am happy with their on time shipment.

Unresponsive This has been a totally stressful experience. I booked a service, and when I heard nothing after 2 days, I called. I was told that my rep had a family emergency and the other rep would get back to me that night or the next day. A week after I placed my order, still no communication. I called and had the same message--tonight or tomorrow. Nothing. I contacted Road Runner instead and was confirmed in 5 minutes.

My vehicle was transported without any issues. I was definitely pleased with the timeliness, affordability, and ease of the whole process! Definitely would recommend to anybody -
