Their month-to-month coverage plan is just way more affordable than committing to a 3 year warranty plan with other companies. Easy to navigate and affordable Of all the extended car warranty sites I stumbled upon, zoomi was by far the most user friendly and easiest to navigate. Their customer service was top tier and it was clear where to go when looking for help, FAQ’s, or getting into contact with a representative. Additionally, zoomi was the only site that did not require you to enter personal information prior to providing you with a quote. For me, this shows great customer service as I know I won’t have to worry about receiving calls, texts or emails about a service if I do not plan on using it. Thankfully, zoomi’s plans are a “no brainer” to utilize as they can save you a great deal of money! Overall a great experience.
