Affordable! Zoomi's customer service was really great and I love that it's a monthly commitment. When I was researching which warranty I should get, ZoomiCare was definitely cheaper. For my car, it was $87 per month with Zoomi while the cheapest elsewhere was $137! I also love that Zoomi doesn't require me to enter my info before giving me a quote.

They took the time to explain their plans without pressuring me to make a decision on the phone. They also haven’t been spam calling me after our first call like all of the other warranty companies. Their customer service was top tier and it was clear where to go when looking for help, FAQ’s, or getting into contact with a representative. Additionally, zoomi was the only site that did not require you to enter personal information prior to providing you with a quote. For me, this shows great customer service as I know I won’t have to worry about receiving calls, texts or emails about a service if I do not plan on using it. Thankfully, zoomi’s plans are a “no brainer” to utilize as they can save you a great deal of money! Overall a great experience.
