GBSent a request for some product… Sent a request for some product information via the online form. 2 weeks later nothing. I’ve bought 2 dog guards - both excellent, but not sure why a simple request for information couldn’t be picked up.

GBTravall Guard divider between passengers and luggage/cargo Travall divider between luggage area and passenger compartment seems taylor made for my 2018 Mercedes Benz GLC and a good solution since the manufacturer does not make a similar product, at least not yet. It fits solidly and securely. Installation was not bad, though not entirely intuitive. Luckily, I had watched a YouTube installation video (for a different car) that was more useful than the pictograms that came with my device. So far, I have not had to remove it to carry any large bulky cargo, a task that may be harder than just removing the venetian blind that covers the luggage area. All in all...a good solution when Mercedes does not offer a similar factory product.

GBNo customer service AT ALL UPDATE: I did finally reach someone via their phone number when I called early in the morning. They sent me a return label. No one reached out to me though as their response states. Their cargo barrier that is supposed to fit the Mercedes GLS450 (2019) doesn’t. But instead of answering their phone or emails they request before you return something, they completely ignore. I loved my Travall for my Jeep, but because customer service is non-existent, BEWARE

GBRubber cargo mat for 2015 VW Golf Sportswagen Surprises ! Ordered a rubber cargo mat for a VW Golf sportswagen . It arrived promptly . Far better and cheaper than than OEM or a Weathertech substitute available everywhere !. Fit was excellent, vanilla smell pleasant not overwhelming, protective in the extreme . Available no where else but had once been available on Amazon. It was a totally smooth transaction, I am glad I took a chance.

GBMisleading delivery times Misleading delivery times! Asks on the website to ensure that someone will be at home to sign for the parcel, which is somewhat normal. What isn't normal is the 1-2 days delivery actually meaning 4+ days and the customer service lady talking down to you like your an idiot for booking time off work for a delivery that hasn't even left the warehouse. Just poor communication. Also having worked in fulfilment it's strange to see a company in 2022 not be able to dispatch a product next working day.
