I have purchased a Travall Guard pack… I have purchased a Travall Guard pack for a Toyota Corolla Touring Sports (2023 model). The products are very solid, very well designed and adapted to my car. Furthermore the delivey was very fast (3 days, France). My dog now feels very comfortable in my vehicle.

No customer service AT ALL UPDATE: I did finally reach someone via their phone number when I called early in the morning. They sent me a return label. No one reached out to me though as their response states. Their cargo barrier that is supposed to fit the Mercedes GLS450 (2019) doesn’t. But instead of answering their phone or emails they request before you return something, they completely ignore. I loved my Travall for my Jeep, but because customer service is non-existent, BEWARE

Dont waste your money or time with this… Dont waste your money or time with this product, customer service is terrible and if you do have an issue or dont like the product they make you pay for shipping yourself and say if they dont recieve the return within 14 days they wont accept it. Take some notes from chewy or other companies that have customer service.

Definitely 5-star quality and service Definitely 5-star quality and service. We received our cage barrier in good timing with easy to install instructions. We no longer have to deal with a falling pet barrier when traveling or having to adjust. It’s sleek and fitting design is very well done!
