Have trusted Travall for years… Family members have trusted Travall with pet (and other passenger) safety for years, now that I have my own large dog (25lbs now, 110 later) I am following that tradition. With a VW Altrack, I don't have to mess with harnesses that are not likely to protect my girl in an accident or unwieldy crates. She just hops in the back and off we go.

Great product & support Product was delivered timely and in perfect condition. Very well made, quality construction, looks high-end installed. Tight tolerances, good fit. Customer support was quick to respond and help when I mistakenly thought the part did not fit. Would definitely buy again.

Dont waste your money or time with this… Dont waste your money or time with this product, customer service is terrible and if you do have an issue or dont like the product they make you pay for shipping yourself and say if they dont recieve the return within 14 days they wont accept it. Take some notes from chewy or other companies that have customer service.

Misleading delivery times Misleading delivery times! Asks on the website to ensure that someone will be at home to sign for the parcel, which is somewhat normal. What isn't normal is the 1-2 days delivery actually meaning 4+ days and the customer service lady talking down to you like your an idiot for booking time off work for a delivery that hasn't even left the warehouse. Just poor communication. Also having worked in fulfilment it's strange to see a company in 2022 not be able to dispatch a product next working day.

Sent a request for some product… Sent a request for some product information via the online form. 2 weeks later nothing. I’ve bought 2 dog guards - both excellent, but not sure why a simple request for information couldn’t be picked up.
