Great product & support Product was delivered timely and in perfect condition. Very well made, quality construction, looks high-end installed. Tight tolerances, good fit. Customer support was quick to respond and help when I mistakenly thought the part did not fit. Would definitely buy again.

The product (XC40 PHEV guard &… The product (XC40 PHEV guard & divider) seems very good and sturdy. The instructions are weak. B&W photocopy on flimsy paper with elements skipped and others misleading. Needed a 9mm spanner, not mentioned. The divider diagram shows mounting across vertical wires. Not possible because bottom mesh wire is too close to frame to allow the fixture to mount. Some of the powder coating is over threads and had to be filed clean. The stays are tight on the back of the seats and will rub the leather, so I'm adding a soft sleeve of split screen washer tube. Attention to detail needed. And it took me 2 hrs to install because of the fiddle.

Perfect dog guards! I have now used Travall on 3 separate occasions- one for my VW Golf, one for my mother in laws Vauxhall Mokka and another for my newly purchased Skoda Superb. On each occasion, I’ve found the transactions to be very smooth and without issue. The staff I’ve dealt with over the phone and via email have always been polite and courteous and very helpful, and the dog guards themselves are of a very high standard and are very easy to fit. I would highly recommend this company! :-)

Misleading delivery times Misleading delivery times! Asks on the website to ensure that someone will be at home to sign for the parcel, which is somewhat normal. What isn't normal is the 1-2 days delivery actually meaning 4+ days and the customer service lady talking down to you like your an idiot for booking time off work for a delivery that hasn't even left the warehouse. Just poor communication. Also having worked in fulfilment it's strange to see a company in 2022 not be able to dispatch a product next working day.

Custom guard for 2016 Nissan Rogue I was initially concerned about the cost when ordering but on arrival I can see it's a really well designed product and well worth the money. I am extremely pleased with the design, how it fits sturdily in the boot/trunk and occupies a minimum amount of space. So much better than the cheaper rubbish on Amazon. The only point I would improve would be to label the four attachment parts that have rubber feet on them with arrows for front/rear and "left/right" as the instructions lead me to put it together incorrectly the first time. Oh, and the tracking info didn't work and always reported "There is no tracking available for this shipment." So I dropped one star for these two reasons but the actual product gets 5.
