No customer service AT ALL UPDATE: I did finally reach someone via their phone number when I called early in the morning. They sent me a return label. No one reached out to me though as their response states. Their cargo barrier that is supposed to fit the Mercedes GLS450 (2019) doesn’t. But instead of answering their phone or emails they request before you return something, they completely ignore. I loved my Travall for my Jeep, but because customer service is non-existent, BEWARE

Far better and cheaper than than OEM or a Weathertech substitute available everywhere !. Fit was excellent, vanilla smell pleasant not overwhelming, protective in the extreme .
