Definitely 5-star quality and service Definitely 5-star quality and service. We received our cage barrier in good timing with easy to install instructions. We no longer have to deal with a falling pet barrier when traveling or having to adjust. It’s sleek and fitting design is very well done!

Misleading delivery times Misleading delivery times! Asks on the website to ensure that someone will be at home to sign for the parcel, which is somewhat normal. What isn't normal is the 1-2 days delivery actually meaning 4+ days and the customer service lady talking down to you like your an idiot for booking time off work for a delivery that hasn't even left the warehouse. Just poor communication. Also having worked in fulfilment it's strange to see a company in 2022 not be able to dispatch a product next working day.

Dont waste your money or time with this… Dont waste your money or time with this product, customer service is terrible and if you do have an issue or dont like the product they make you pay for shipping yourself and say if they dont recieve the return within 14 days they wont accept it. Take some notes from chewy or other companies that have customer service.
