GBNo customer service AT ALL UPDATE: I did finally reach someone via their phone number when I called early in the morning. They sent me a return label. No one reached out to me though as their response states. Their cargo barrier that is supposed to fit the Mercedes GLS450 (2019) doesn’t. But instead of answering their phone or emails they request before you return something, they completely ignore. I loved my Travall for my Jeep, but because customer service is non-existent, BEWARE

GBMisleading delivery times Misleading delivery times! Asks on the website to ensure that someone will be at home to sign for the parcel, which is somewhat normal. What isn't normal is the 1-2 days delivery actually meaning 4+ days and the customer service lady talking down to you like your an idiot for booking time off work for a delivery that hasn't even left the warehouse. Just poor communication. Also having worked in fulfilment it's strange to see a company in 2022 not be able to dispatch a product next working day.

ESWorth the price Edit: first, i didnt recieve two pieces, i dont understand how they can forget to send the complete pack… anyway, i contact via email, and i didnt recieve any response, but the instagram guy, (thank you… the best) answered me inmediately and solve my problem. Finally they sent me the two pieces. The grilles fit perfectly in my skoda Octavia combi. Worth the price

GBFirst class service Fantastic service. We ordered a dog guard and divider which both arrived promptly. When we discovered we had ordered the wrong divider, this was collected the next day and the right part delivered immediately. Also the products are of excellent quality.

GBNo Response When Trying To Return/Exchange Ordered a BMW X5 dog barrier, turns out they have two models for 2018 vehicles, one 2018+ and one 2013 - 2018. I ordered the wrong one and found out when I tried to install. Since then I've called and left two voicemails and sent three separate emails and have yet to receive a response on how I can return or exchange this product. Even stranger is when I call, I get a receptionist and she sends me to a customer service line which continually takes me straight to voicemail.
