GBSent a request for some product… Sent a request for some product information via the online form. 2 weeks later nothing. I’ve bought 2 dog guards - both excellent, but not sure why a simple request for information couldn’t be picked up.

GBFirst class service Fantastic service. We ordered a dog guard and divider which both arrived promptly. When we discovered we had ordered the wrong divider, this was collected the next day and the right part delivered immediately. Also the products are of excellent quality.

GBPRODUCT QUALITY IS FINE EXCEPT FOR TWO… PRODUCT QUALITY IS FINE EXCEPT FOR TWO SOFT CHEAP SCREWS WHICH STRIPPED WITH HAND PRESSURE WHEN SCREWING INTO INTO PLASTIC. REQUIRED A TRIP TO HARDWARE STORE FOR 2 SCREWS. CHARGE US ANOTHER 10CENTS AND USE DECENT FASTENERS

GBNo customer service AT ALL UPDATE: I did finally reach someone via their phone number when I called early in the morning. They sent me a return label. No one reached out to me though as their response states. Their cargo barrier that is supposed to fit the Mercedes GLS450 (2019) doesn’t. But instead of answering their phone or emails they request before you return something, they completely ignore. I loved my Travall for my Jeep, but because customer service is non-existent, BEWARE
