GBDont waste your money or time with this… Dont waste your money or time with this product, customer service is terrible and if you do have an issue or dont like the product they make you pay for shipping yourself and say if they dont recieve the return within 14 days they wont accept it. Take some notes from chewy or other companies that have customer service.

GBNo customer service AT ALL UPDATE: I did finally reach someone via their phone number when I called early in the morning. They sent me a return label. No one reached out to me though as their response states. Their cargo barrier that is supposed to fit the Mercedes GLS450 (2019) doesn’t. But instead of answering their phone or emails they request before you return something, they completely ignore. I loved my Travall for my Jeep, but because customer service is non-existent, BEWARE

GBBrillinat service, Returning Customer Returning Customer, I purchased the full Gaurd & divide for my Ford Smax which I was very impressed with, Now I have changed my vehicle I need to replace it all again. Angelina from their customer services has been amazing and I have ordered the Guard, Devide & one door. Brilliant service, Email response first class. ESWorth the price Edit: first, i didnt recieve two pieces, i dont understand how they can forget to send the complete pack… anyway, i contact via email, and i didnt recieve any response, but the instagram guy, (thank you… the best) answered me inmediately and solve my problem. Finally they sent me the two pieces. The grilles fit perfectly in my skoda Octavia combi. Worth the price

GBSent a request for some product… Sent a request for some product information via the online form. 2 weeks later nothing. I’ve bought 2 dog guards - both excellent, but not sure why a simple request for information couldn’t be picked up.
