I have purchased a Travall Guard pack… I have purchased a Travall Guard pack for a Toyota Corolla Touring Sports (2023 model). The products are very solid, very well designed and adapted to my car. Furthermore the delivey was very fast (3 days, France). My dog now feels very comfortable in my vehicle.

Travall Guard divider between passengers and luggage/cargo Travall divider between luggage area and passenger compartment seems taylor made for my 2018 Mercedes Benz GLC and a good solution since the manufacturer does not make a similar product, at least not yet. It fits solidly and securely. Installation was not bad, though not entirely intuitive. Luckily, I had watched a YouTube installation video (for a different car) that was more useful than the pictograms that came with my device. So far, I have not had to remove it to carry any large bulky cargo, a task that may be harder than just removing the venetian blind that covers the luggage area. All in all...a good solution when Mercedes does not offer a similar factory product.

First class service Fantastic service. We ordered a dog guard and divider which both arrived promptly. When we discovered we had ordered the wrong divider, this was collected the next day and the right part delivered immediately. Also the products are of excellent quality.

Rubber cargo mat for 2015 VW Golf Sportswagen Surprises ! Ordered a rubber cargo mat for a VW Golf sportswagen . It arrived promptly . Far better and cheaper than than OEM or a Weathertech substitute available everywhere !. Fit was excellent, vanilla smell pleasant not overwhelming, protective in the extreme . Available no where else but had once been available on Amazon. It was a totally smooth transaction, I am glad I took a chance.

No customer service AT ALL UPDATE: I did finally reach someone via their phone number when I called early in the morning. They sent me a return label. No one reached out to me though as their response states. Their cargo barrier that is supposed to fit the Mercedes GLS450 (2019) doesn’t. But instead of answering their phone or emails they request before you return something, they completely ignore. I loved my Travall for my Jeep, but because customer service is non-existent, BEWARE
