Furthermore the delivey was very fast (3 days, France). My dog now feels very comfortable in my vehicle.

Custom guard for 2016 Nissan Rogue I was initially concerned about the cost when ordering but on arrival I can see it's a really well designed product and well worth the money. I am extremely pleased with the design, how it fits sturdily in the boot/trunk and occupies a minimum amount of space. So much better than the cheaper rubbish on Amazon. The only point I would improve would be to label the four attachment parts that have rubber feet on them with arrows for front/rear and "left/right" as the instructions lead me to put it together incorrectly the first time. Oh, and the tracking info didn't work and always reported "There is no tracking available for this shipment." So I dropped one star for these two reasons but the actual product gets 5.

First class service Fantastic service. We ordered a dog guard and divider which both arrived promptly. When we discovered we had ordered the wrong divider, this was collected the next day and the right part delivered immediately. Also the products are of excellent quality.

Worth the price Edit: first, i didnt recieve two pieces, i dont understand how they can forget to send the complete pack… anyway, i contact via email, and i didnt recieve any response, but the instagram guy, (thank you… the best) answered me inmediately and solve my problem. Finally they sent me the two pieces. The grilles fit perfectly in my skoda Octavia combi. Worth the price

No customer service AT ALL UPDATE: I did finally reach someone via their phone number when I called early in the morning. They sent me a return label. No one reached out to me though as their response states. Their cargo barrier that is supposed to fit the Mercedes GLS450 (2019) doesn’t. But instead of answering their phone or emails they request before you return something, they completely ignore. I loved my Travall for my Jeep, but because customer service is non-existent, BEWARE
