What isn't normal is the 1-2 days delivery actually meaning 4+ days and the customer service lady talking down to you like your an idiot for booking time off work for a delivery that hasn't even left the warehouse. Just poor communication. Also having worked in fulfilment it's strange to see a company in 2022 not be able to dispatch a product next working day.

Worth the price Edit: first, i didnt recieve two pieces, i dont understand how they can forget to send the complete pack… anyway, i contact via email, and i didnt recieve any response, but the instagram guy, (thank you… the best) answered me inmediately and solve my problem. Finally they sent me the two pieces. The grilles fit perfectly in my skoda Octavia combi. Worth the price
