Easy transaction and a good payout Recently my job offered to get me a company car so I decided to sell my personal car since I didn't want it to just sit around. My car was still in pretty good condition but I just didn't want to deal with selling it myself. I have very little free time and answering tons of phone calls and meeting strangers to show the car wasn't very appealing to me. I read that King of Clunkers bought cars in any condition so I figured i'd give it a try. I gave them a call and we were able to reach an agreeable price fairly quickly. I was a little surprised with how quickly they were able to come out and pick up the car. I think including the phone call and pickup time I spent less than 30 mins with the whole ordeal. That was exactly what I was hoping for. Getting that "chore" done so quickly allowed me to spend the rest of my day hitting the trails on my mountain bike.

Quick and kind! King of Clunkers was very quick, the associate I talked to on the phone and the associate who picked up my car were both very polite and we're able to answer all of my questions. I was given $200 for my car, other places had quoted me $300, but it would be a couple of days for other places to get to me.

cheated The service was just as fast and easy to set up as promised on the company website but they low balled the value of what I junked so much that I may have been better off spending a few months parting out my old truck myself. Lots of usable parts and a usable transmission shell. Good body and chassis. Engine was still good and tires only had 10k miles on them. Worth way more than the $340 I got that I only took because I was in a financial pinch at the time.

King of Clunkers the Epitome of Community Support King of Clunkers has supported Valley Vista High School's "Stormcoming" events for the past four years. They have not only donated a car for our annual Car Bash that takes place during our homecoming week, but they have graciously delivered and towed away the car all at no cost to our student organizations. We never have to worry about delivery or pick up as they are prompt and reliable - true to their word. If it weren't for their generosity to our school we would not be able to host this tradition. Fair and honest We felt that we received a fair price for our unworking vehicle. They were also friendly, knowledgeable about cars and their value. They were also very punchual. We didnt have to sit around all day waiting for them to show up, that was refreshing! Good experience!
