Quick and kind! King of Clunkers was very quick, the associate I talked to on the phone and the associate who picked up my car were both very polite and we're able to answer all of my questions. I was given $200 for my car, other places had quoted me $300, but it would be a couple of days for other places to get to me.

cheated The service was just as fast and easy to set up as promised on the company website but they low balled the value of what I junked so much that I may have been better off spending a few months parting out my old truck myself. Lots of usable parts and a usable transmission shell. Good body and chassis. Engine was still good and tires only had 10k miles on them. Worth way more than the $340 I got that I only took because I was in a financial pinch at the time.

Easy transaction and a good payout Recently my job offered to get me a company car so I decided to sell my personal car since I didn't want it to just sit around. My car was still in pretty good condition but I just didn't want to deal with selling it myself. That was exactly what I was hoping for. Getting that "chore" done so quickly allowed me to spend the rest of my day hitting the trails on my mountain bike.
