GBUntrustworthy Poor business practice to take advantage of someone who had little to nothing. Good cop, bad cop is a manipulative ploy for their monetary game that was utilized. I would not use their services again.

GBFair and honest We felt that we received a fair price for our unworking vehicle. They were also friendly, knowledgeable about cars and their value. They were also very punchual. We didnt have to sit around all day waiting for them to show up, that was refreshing! Good experience!

GB1st timer using a company to sell my car I sent out a request to three different companies. King of Clunkers was the quickest to respond. They reviewed my information and I was able to text them pictures. They provided me a quote and explained where they came up with the figure. Within a day they were out picking up the vehicle. They paid what they quoted with no hassle. The driver was professional and on time. I would recommend them to any one of my friends and family.

GBAccomadating Wheb setting an appt for pick up the driver showed up on time. I was not told to get my title notorized before hand but the driver was very accomadating and made sure tonhelp me find a location where i could get it done even though it was a holiday. By the time i came back he already had the car hooked up and ready to go. The whole process took about 15 minutes. Highly reccomended.

GBThey use your car to scam other people after it's purchased... Josh bought my mother's Buick Lucerne which had a blown head gasket & radiator issues. He then apparently turned around and sold it to a 72 year old woman for $2900, lying to her about why the engine light kept coming on and having the odometer covered. This poor woman and her daughter showed up at my mom's doorstep, having gotten her address from the title that he signed directly from my mom to these people. What a sleazebag! Sure he'll give you cash for your car, but you'll be supporting fleecing innocent people for it... That's obviously what happens to all the vehicles he buys.
