GBEasy to find the part Easy to find the part, really should not have went out in the first place. But glad they had it. It was the on an off valve for the water filter. Was leaking. Poor construction is all I can think, plastic ball valve. Got 3 years out the older one. The price you pay for this stuff should be made unbeatable.

GBcustomer service/ parts Not the greatest customer service. Had to call twice for order issues. First time I called they were rude second time I called was better. Parts I ordered had no real change in performance. More for just color and look under the hood.
