Good parts good quality I appreciate the quality and quickness of arrival of their parts their welds and craftsman ship. However ups usually does horrible shipment and sometimes leaves knicks and scratches which can be annoying but that’s ups’s fault. All I ask of sinister is more sales products as I feel as some of their items overpriced yet I want to buy 80% of my parts from them I only buy some here and there because they are so expensive compared to oem

SLOW SLOW SLOW going on the 5th business day now since i placed an order, and it still hasnt shipped. i even paid the extra cost for 2 day shipping. if i would have known it takes you guys a WEEK to ship out i wouldnt have wasted my money on the priority shipping.

EGR DELETE 6.7 POWERSTROKE Bought the EGR delete for my F350. Super reasonably priced with very quick shipping. Very high quality and everything in the kit fit perfectly. Will definitely be buying more goodies from Sinister.

customer service/ parts Not the greatest customer service. Had to call twice for order issues. First time I called they were rude second time I called was better. Parts I ordered had no real change in performance. More for just color and look under the hood.
