Communication was seamless and they picked the car up from my work on the day/time most convenient for me that week. Handed me a check on the spot. Will use them again. It was easy, fair and transparent.

I got offered $16.5k for my 2019 VW Jetta by Car Max and told Clutch about it to be fair Clutch offered me $15.1 next day $1400 less. This means they can take my car to the same Car Max and pocket my $1400 What kind of idiot client are they hoping for? Are you kidding me. That’s insulting You couldn’t do worse if you tried hard Or just flushed money down a toilet Shopper beware indeed
