GBTop service and easy to deal with Dealing with empire limos was so easy, their communication was great, easy to deal with and very affordable. Customer service was top notch couldn't thank Jennifer from empire limos enough. The driver on the day arrived on time which proves that their punctuality was on point, he also was very patient waiting for the bride, pick up time was also on point and was patient waiting for us to leave. The car was spotless, decorated as explained, well-mannered and a top gent. Will definitely recommend to anyone else.

CALeft in the rain for an hour Spent a day in Toronto for a jays game, and it took the driver over an hour to find us at the pick up location they chose! Complete chaos. Definitely will not be renting from them again. Paid over $900 to be left standing in the rain. I would have rather of just gotten a Uber. Get unprofessional.
