Absolutely worst service in the world… Absolutely worst service in the world driver left us at Pine knob and driver was driving erratic not only would I never use this company again but I am filing a small claims lawsuit again the company and the driver run as fast as you can form this company 💯💯💯💪

Service has declined over the years Service has declined over the years, but the prices have gone up. I use this company every year for the last three years to transport friends/colleagues to a holiday dinner. First year, van had no heat. Second year was great. This year was a disaster. The driver couldn't see well. The built-in GPS was not working properly and I had to use my phone GPS to guide driver to the destination. I couldn't spent time with friends talking, as I was stressed out with the navigation and making sure the driver heard me (he couldn't hear very well). Return trip was great. But the prices aren't explained clearly and there's an additional charge on my card that I am waiting to get clarification on. It's a hit or miss with this company.

Excellent Company to deal with -

I really like the driver update text… I really like the driver update text messages. It keeps the frustration away. Being on time for early morning pickup was appreciative. I am sold. 😊
