Customer service rep wasn’t helpful… Customer service rep wasn’t helpful selecting a non standard vehicle specific tire for aftermarket wheels, but this seems normal in our current society at most business. People just don’t know the things they use to and are just clicking the buttons on the computer. Anyways as long as you know what you need they will send it. Excellent delivery time to local installer and product not damaged and met expectations. NITTO’s for the win. Would purchase from this company again in future.

purchased 4 tires with 45000 miles… purchased 4 tires with 45000 miles warranty and road hazard after 7500 miles i ran into an object tire got damaged not repairable simple tire has denied replacing under road hazard and denied pro rating for replacement. BAD COMPANY! BAD FAITH! NEVER AGAIN! DO NOT TRUST SIMPLE TIRE! TOTAL WASTE ON MONRY AND TIME CONSUMING!

"HORRIBLE WARRANTY SERVICE!!!!!" I purchased 4 Radar Renegade R/T 275/65/20 126/123QE tires at $220.96 per tire!.......All 4 were BAD/UN-BALANCABLE!..I fought with Simple Tire for over a MONTH, finally with written confirmation from two separate tire dealerships (money out of my pocket), confirming the tires were BAD, SimpleTire sent 4 replacement tires...guess what, SAME PROBLEMS!!! These tires are 100% GARBAGE, unless you like going down the road at any speed bouncing up and down and your steering wheel shaking side to side!! .....(PLUS SIMPLETIRE IS REFUSING TO REIMBURSE ME THE MONEY I HAD TO SPEND TO HAVE THE DEFECTIVE TIRES DISMOUNTED AND THE WARRANTY TIRES RE-INSTALLED)....They continue to ignore ALL of my emails and my texts. I've given them EVERYTHING they asked for, in order to deal with this issue and yet they still ignore me. The excuses I get in their chat, are easily disproved as lies....................SIMPLY PUT: Once SimpleTire has your money, they don't give a rats ass about you or your tire problems!!

Easy to navigate website Easy to navigate website. Found a great deal on tires. All 4 arrived in less than a week and are less than 90 days old. (3rd week of 24). Tires came with a warranty for flats or issues but if I need to use it, will see if that's actually usable/enforceable.
