Very happy with service Been looking to replace a set of very old snow tires for 2001 Subaru. I am an auto tech at a private garage our local tire suppliers could only get Firestone winterforce, which I refuse to buy. After searching high and low came across Simple tire and they had an extensive selection at good prices, better than what local suppliers offered at my cost. Placed an order Sunday had the tires at the front door of the shop Tuesday afternoon. Very pleased with the tires so far. Will be buying from Simple tire again. Thank you

Stop shipping with Fedex At first we did not receive all of our tires that we ordered but after talking to Erika (representative from simpletire), she put in for the claim and from their, she made it her priority to fix the problem. We later found out that the tires got lost through Fedex and not Simpletire. 5 stars to Erika. the two lost tires were replaced and I received them a few days later.

Not worth your time Not worth your time, this company is not worth using. I have used it twice and found it to always have a way of taking your money without providing a service or product. Most recently with their return policy $20 a tire is way too much. Especially since they no longer have a app for you to verify tire fit. Just stay away from this company.
