GBMisleading information and shipping Misleading information. I ordered the tire and it was a 4 day delivery. Upon confirming order, it immediately changed to 6 days. I called to have it expedited, which is not an option. I called back to cancel, and was now out of their 30 MINUTE cancellation window, so would have to pay shipping and restocking. After hearing nothing, I checked the order and it is delayed another 4 days! UPDATE - to Simple Tires credit, and more like the service I've received in the past, a great supervisor reached out to me and took care of the issue to my full satisfaction. That kind of follow more than outweighs the initial issues. Hats off to them.

GBOld tires sold as new Bought 4 tires from Amazon, all were 2 1/2 years old so I shipped them back. Ordered the same tire from Simple Tire the next day. After revewing my Amazon order, I saw that actually the tires were from Simple Tire. I sent a email to Simple tire 3 hours after ordering to ask about the tire age being shipped and if they were not new to cancel my order. The next day I called Simple Tire and asked about the age of tires because what was sent in my Amazon order. I was told that they can be from 1 year to 4 years old !!! I told him that I just checked and my order was just listed as shipped and need to cancel it. He stated that a $20.00 fee per tire will be charged for returns. I said I didn't return because I never shipped tire back that were never received. In checking the tires were sent to a Kansas store. I called and asked why I was charged, the said too bad. I filed a DISPUTE with my CC on the charges. I will send a message to BB in Florida, AG in Florida and report this fraud of selling OLD TIRES as NEW and FEES being charged. UPDATE: called the number and was treated like I was dirt! I asked to be transfered to a supervisor and was told that can’t be done. I hung up in discust. Why did SImple Tire post here and then you get to talk to someone who doesn’t care and can’t help resolve issue at hand. NEW UPDATE : I just received a message from Sharon R, from Simple Tire who addressed my concerns and stated they would refund ($80.00) return fee.

GBWrong Tires-Bad Policies I purchased a set of 10-ply tires along with installation from a local shop. Upon arrival, they mounted the tires onto my vehicle, only to realize they were the incorrect ones. Subsequently, SimpleTire sent two more sets of the wrong tires. After acknowledging their mistake in part numbers, they declined to provide the correct tires at the originally agreed-upon price or offer an alternative option. It's been a frustrating four-month ordeal trying to obtain the right tires. Essentially, it feels like I've been baited and switched. Regardless of any potential cost savings, I will not be engaging with them again in the future.

GBHorrible products and service Simple tire does everything in their power to transfer warranty claims to other companies. I wrote a review on this site a few days ago and Simple Tire responded that if I call their number they would work out the problem. I call and they continue to refuse to process any warranty claims.
