purchased 4 tires with 45000 miles… purchased 4 tires with 45000 miles warranty and road hazard after 7500 miles i ran into an object tire got damaged not repairable simple tire has denied replacing under road hazard and denied pro rating for replacement. BAD COMPANY! BAD FAITH! NEVER AGAIN! DO NOT TRUST SIMPLE TIRE! TOTAL WASTE ON MONRY AND TIME CONSUMING!

Excellent The day I went to order it would not allow me to select installation store due to issues so the text live support walked me through everything and made sure I got everything right as far as the installation address to have my tires shipped there and made sure everything processed the way it should had. Lets not forget the prices for their tires vs the competitors sites and locations was definitely cheaper. Would definitely do business here again on my next set.

Super Old Tires for Sale at Simple Tire I ordered what I thought to be “new” trailer tires from Simple Tire. The tires they delivered were over THREE YEARS OLD!!!! Simple Tire said they are OK selling tires that are up to FOUR years old as NEW tires. This is total BS. I replace throes at the 6 year old mark because I do not want blow-outs.

Wrong Tires-Bad Policies I purchased a set of 10-ply tires along with installation from a local shop. Upon arrival, they mounted the tires onto my vehicle, only to realize they were the incorrect ones. Subsequently, SimpleTire sent two more sets of the wrong tires. After acknowledging their mistake in part numbers, they declined to provide the correct tires at the originally agreed-upon price or offer an alternative option. It's been a frustrating four-month ordeal trying to obtain the right tires. Essentially, it feels like I've been baited and switched. Regardless of any potential cost savings, I will not be engaging with them again in the future.

Customer service rep wasn’t helpful… Customer service rep wasn’t helpful selecting a non standard vehicle specific tire for aftermarket wheels, but this seems normal in our current society at most business. People just don’t know the things they use to and are just clicking the buttons on the computer. Anyways as long as you know what you need they will send it. Excellent delivery time to local installer and product not damaged and met expectations. NITTO’s for the win. Would purchase from this company again in future.
