GBNot impressed I booked the limo for my 21st birthday and was disappointed with my driver. He was impatient and seemed to be annoyed with us. We were told we would have champagne in the car but that was not true and the "top shelf" vodka was anything but top shelf. Very disappointing.

AUCAUTION: do not use these guys for a special occasion These guys were late on my wedding day. Extremely rude when I called, said the driver was close. Eventually we took a taxi. Despite being forced to take a taxi on My wedding day MY CREDIT CARD HAD BEEN CHARGED BEFORE WE EVEN ARRIVED AT THE SERVICE. I have the records....

GBNY City Limo Is Fantastic!!!! New york city limo is a great service and I am thrilled to recommend them to my peers. It is reasonably priced and they are willing to work with their customers to ensure the best quality for the given occasion. I will definitely be using them again and I believe anyone else that uses limo services in NYC should select them as well

IDI highly recommend this airport transportation service I was very satisfied with the airport transportation provided by NY City Limo. The chauffeur was on time picking us up and a very safe driver. We have had drivers in the past that show up late and then speed to get to the airport scaring us both. This driver was excellent. When we returned we were lucky and had the same driver. I highly recommend this airport transportation service

DEvery bad Driver had almost one hour delay, did not even appologized. Driver was rude and unfriendly. The company is difficult to reach by phone in case of problems (had to call 10 times to get someone on the line and check where the driver was). I am a frequent traveller and that was the worst service ever!!
