GBavoid Poor commmunication (2 emails unanswered for days) and nearly 1 hour late for an airport pick up with no credible explanation. Also expensive compared to other companies. Avoid. Just to add, the company’s response below leaves me underwhelmed not least because I am expected to contact them to resolve! The car booked for the return from another company was perfect. On time and great communication. It can be done I now see that they are claiming to have phoned me many times. Simply not true. The drivers phone was switched off and voicemail not activated. The experience is now being made worse by the reply posted here - I dispute much of what has been said. Seriously, I would avoid these guys. Google other companies. We used Carmel on the return journey - perfect and cheaper
