I recently had the pleasure of engaging with Paul D. from customer service during the purchase and replacement of my car's front bumper, and I am eager to express my positive experience. Paul was really professional and knew his stuff. He quickly answered my questions, gave me detailed info, and helped me out when I needed it. What truly stood out was the personalized attention and high efficiency that I experienced throughout the process. My overall experience with getting a new front bumper was great. Good parts for a good price, no complaints You will see a lot of bad reviews from impatient people. The reality is, for the part I was looking for, carparts had the cheapest price. RockAuto and genuine part were both $100+. Guess what? Carparts had it for $10. Shipping was inexpensive, less than $5. Some reviews say they lie about shipping dates, and in this case, their prediction was inaccurate, they estimated the 16th, and it came in on the 18th. However, that was still only 5 days after order date (not bad). Part came well-packaged and in perfect working order. I received text updates about the status of my order as well along the way. It was a trunk latch by the way. No complaints for this site.

Great customer service The quality of the mirror isn't the best but I do want to say their customer service is above and beyond. They worked quickly to resolve the issue and I am happy about the outcome. The customer service is excellent!

Fast shipping & high quality merchandise. I landed at CarParts.com because I had purchased the parts I needed from another source and immediately returned because they were terrible quality when I got them. I own a 2015 vehicle, so nothing local had anything in stock. I found them listed at CarParts.com. The price was slightly lower than I expected, which was great. I placed the order on Monday. I had shipping confirmation on Tuesday. The part was delivered on Thursday. When I opened it I was impressed by the quality. I don't think they're OEM, but the quality seems nearly identical, if not actually identical. Additionally, the packaging was great. Secure, plenty of packing material, and well packaged for a semi-fragile item. The parts, head lamp assemblies for both sides, took a half hour to install with zero issues and function perfectly. They did come with bulbs, which, full disclosure, I replaced before installation. It was a bit odd that they had two different brands of bulbs when I received them, but I'm sure for 98% of people that isn't an issue.

Good customer service experience I thought the parts I bought were wrong or missing pieces, I was wrong and Carparts reached out to me about it and offered a refund but I was able to use the parts after I figured out the problem, long story. Carparts customer service was excellent.
