GBI Appreciated The Quick Response and Service I had ordered a replacement interior door handle made of a composite material. GBI paid for a powdercoated step bumper… I paid for a powdercoated step bumper and got a painted bumper.Not very hard to see the difference. Not very professional.

GBGood customer service experience I thought the parts I bought were wrong or missing pieces, I was wrong and Carparts reached out to me about it and offered a refund but I was able to use the parts after I figured out the problem, long story. Carparts customer service was excellent.
