I Appreciated The Quick Response and Service I had ordered a replacement interior door handle made of a composite material. When it broke, I responded to a question about the product put forth by the company. They responded quickly, apologized for the inconvenience, and issued a refund even though I didn't request one. I had a decent customer service… I had a decent customer service experience with Car Parts. Initially, I wrote a poor review because the grille I ordered was poorly packaged and had a broken clip, as a result. However, despite the broken clip, I installed the grille. Car Parts read my review and reached out to make things right. They offered three solutions.i could send the part back for a replacement, return the part and get refunded, or keep the part and get a discount in the form of a $20 rebate. I had already installed the grille despite the broken clip so I opted for the third option. Thanks Car Part for your great customer service!

CarParts sent me the wrong part and it cost me $150 in labor CarParts sent me the wrong part. Although I ordered the correct part, when my mechanic tried to install it, he determined that it was not the part that I ordered. I still had to pay a labor charge. When I contacted CarParts.com, they admitted that they were negligent and their warehouse sent me the wrong part. They did send me the right part, but now I will have to pay another labor charge to have it installed. CarParts.com told me that their "policy" made them not responsible for their negligence. No more CarParts.com for us. Think twice before you take a chance in dealing with CarParts.com... a/k/a ChineseParts.com.

Do not use this site!! I bought particularly expensive sensor from this website. I received an empty box. I reached out to them via email what happened and they were very sweet and understanding by email pretending that they were going to refund me because again I received an empty box, no refund came. I’ve contested it with my credit card company and they are fighting that. Incredibly unprofessional two-faced and unreliable-do not use this site. It is not a safe and reputable vendor.
