Great Customer Service by Paul D. I recently had the pleasure of engaging with Paul D. from customer service during the purchase and replacement of my car's front bumper, and I am eager to express my positive experience. Paul was really professional and knew his stuff. He quickly answered my questions, gave me detailed info, and helped me out when I needed it. What truly stood out was the personalized attention and high efficiency that I experienced throughout the process. My overall experience with getting a new front bumper was great. The good service and quality product have made me trust and stick with them. I totally recommend them to friends who need car parts in the future.

Do not use this site!! I bought particularly expensive sensor from this website. I received an empty box. I reached out to them via email what happened and they were very sweet and understanding by email pretending that they were going to refund me because again I received an empty box, no refund came. I’ve contested it with my credit card company and they are fighting that. Incredibly unprofessional two-faced and unreliable-do not use this site. It is not a safe and reputable vendor.

CarParts sent me the wrong part and it cost me $150 in labor CarParts sent me the wrong part. Although I ordered the correct part, when my mechanic tried to install it, he determined that it was not the part that I ordered. I still had to pay a labor charge. When I contacted CarParts.com, they admitted that they were negligent and their warehouse sent me the wrong part. They did send me the right part, but now I will have to pay another labor charge to have it installed. CarParts.com told me that their "policy" made them not responsible for their negligence. No more CarParts.com for us. Think twice before you take a chance in dealing with CarParts.com... a/k/a ChineseParts.com.

Great customer service The quality of the mirror isn't the best but I do want to say their customer service is above and beyond. They worked quickly to resolve the issue and I am happy about the outcome. The customer service is excellent!
