I own a 2015 vehicle, so nothing local had anything in stock. I found them listed at CarParts.com. The price was slightly lower than I expected, which was great. I placed the order on Monday. I had shipping confirmation on Tuesday. The part was delivered on Thursday. When I opened it I was impressed by the quality. I don't think they're OEM, but the quality seems nearly identical, if not actually identical. Additionally, the packaging was great. Secure, plenty of packing material, and well packaged for a semi-fragile item. The parts, head lamp assemblies for both sides, took a half hour to install with zero issues and function perfectly. They did come with bulbs, which, full disclosure, I replaced before installation. It was a bit odd that they had two different brands of bulbs when I received them, but I'm sure for 98% of people that isn't an issue.

Don't buy from these people. Don’t buy from them. Bought a truck side mirror. Actuators will not hold the memory and will tip your mirror down, thus requiring you to readjust it every time you get in the truck. They offered me $50 to keep the defective or a replacement part. Opted for the replacement and lo and behold it does the same thing. Since I threw away the OEM, my choice is to drive around with holes in the truck waiting for a refund. So I told them just give me the $50 as I was done with their 'Kool View' brand and I don’t want to drive around with holes in the truck. They told me today they will not offer me the $50 now, only a $10 coupon on my next order... because my order is "more than 60 days old". It’s April 19. I placed my original order February 28. That’s 50 days. The replacement went out March 29. That’s 21 days. Carparts.com Bry M cannot count.

Part was damaged when they boxed it. Not happy received a bumper and a fender due to weather was not able to work on car. Finally the weather cooperated and I was able to start working on the car. Upon opening the packaging the fender had two dents in it. Notify the company and they would not take the return. Stating it was out of the window of return. Sucks to lose a customer over 75 buck. You can tell the fender was damage when they boxed it. Buyer beware.

Will not refund you - business is a scam Ordered a tow hitch to attach to my vehicle for a military move. Found out the day it arrived the hitch would not be needed. Initiated a return using their process and returned the unopened box even taping the holes that were there upon delivery. After 2 weeks did not. Receive a refund I reached out and was assured it would be processed as the hitch was delivered and signed for. Reached out again and was told the label they provided was wrong so they owe FedEx money and that is why I have not been refunded. They told me they would refund within 4 days as it was there fault I have still to this day have not received a refund. I recommend going elsewhere they don’t respect military and they do not honor there refund policy. RockAuto is wayyy better by a mile
