Good parts for a good price, no complaints You will see a lot of bad reviews from impatient people. The reality is, for the part I was looking for, carparts had the cheapest price. RockAuto and genuine part were both $100+. Guess what? Carparts had it for $10. Shipping was inexpensive, less than $5. Some reviews say they lie about shipping dates, and in this case, their prediction was inaccurate, they estimated the 16th, and it came in on the 18th. However, that was still only 5 days after order date (not bad). Part came well-packaged and in perfect working order. I received text updates about the status of my order as well along the way. It was a trunk latch by the way. No complaints for this site.

I ordered a part at it arrived broken I ordered a part at it arrived broken. I was able to fix it, so I used it. I did not have time to return it.... I posted a review and mentioned the situation and customer service reached out to me. I was given options on making up for the broken part and selected to recieve a replacement part. The whole thing happened with no questions or accusal. I'm very satisfied that CarParts took the initiative to reach out t me to ensure I was treated properly.

Fast shipping & high quality merchandise. I landed at CarParts.com because I had purchased the parts I needed from another source and immediately returned because they were terrible quality when I got them. I own a 2015 vehicle, so nothing local had anything in stock. I found them listed at CarParts.com. The price was slightly lower than I expected, which was great. I placed the order on Monday. I had shipping confirmation on Tuesday. The part was delivered on Thursday. When I opened it I was impressed by the quality. I don't think they're OEM, but the quality seems nearly identical, if not actually identical. Additionally, the packaging was great. Secure, plenty of packing material, and well packaged for a semi-fragile item. The parts, head lamp assemblies for both sides, took a half hour to install with zero issues and function perfectly. They did come with bulbs, which, full disclosure, I replaced before installation. It was a bit odd that they had two different brands of bulbs when I received them, but I'm sure for 98% of people that isn't an issue.

Will not refund you - business is a scam Ordered a tow hitch to attach to my vehicle for a military move. Found out the day it arrived the hitch would not be needed. Initiated a return using their process and returned the unopened box even taping the holes that were there upon delivery. After 2 weeks did not. Receive a refund I reached out and was assured it would be processed as the hitch was delivered and signed for. Reached out again and was told the label they provided was wrong so they owe FedEx money and that is why I have not been refunded. They told me they would refund within 4 days as it was there fault I have still to this day have not received a refund. I recommend going elsewhere they don’t respect military and they do not honor there refund policy. RockAuto is wayyy better by a mile
