I had a decent customer service… I had a decent customer service experience with Car Parts. Initially, I wrote a poor review because the grille I ordered was poorly packaged and had a broken clip, as a result. However, despite the broken clip, I installed the grille. Car Parts read my review and reached out to make things right. They offered three solutions.i could send the part back for a replacement, return the part and get refunded, or keep the part and get a discount in the form of a $20 rebate. I had already installed the grille despite the broken clip so I opted for the third option. Thanks Car Part for your great customer service!

I ordered a part at it arrived broken I ordered a part at it arrived broken. I was able to fix it, so I used it. I did not have time to return it.... I posted a review and mentioned the situation and customer service reached out to me. I was given options on making up for the broken part and selected to recieve a replacement part.
