When it broke, I responded to a question about the product put forth by the company. They responded quickly, apologized for the inconvenience, and issued a refund even though I didn't request one. I ordered a part at it arrived broken I ordered a part at it arrived broken. I was able to fix it, so I used it. I did not have time to return it.... I posted a review and mentioned the situation and customer service reached out to me. I was given options on making up for the broken part and selected to recieve a replacement part. The whole thing happened with no questions or accusal. I'm very satisfied that CarParts took the initiative to reach out t me to ensure I was treated properly.

CarParts sent me the wrong part and it cost me $150 in labor CarParts sent me the wrong part. Although I ordered the correct part, when my mechanic tried to install it, he determined that it was not the part that I ordered. I still had to pay a labor charge. When I contacted CarParts.com, they admitted that they were negligent and their warehouse sent me the wrong part. They did send me the right part, but now I will have to pay another labor charge to have it installed. CarParts.com told me that their "policy" made them not responsible for their negligence. No more CarParts.com for us. Think twice before you take a chance in dealing with CarParts.com... a/k/a ChineseParts.com.
