GBPart was damaged when they boxed it. Not happy received a bumper and a fender due to weather was not able to work on car. Finally the weather cooperated and I was able to start working on the car. Upon opening the packaging the fender had two dents in it. Notify the company and they would not take the return. Stating it was out of the window of return. Sucks to lose a customer over 75 buck. You can tell the fender was damage when they boxed it. Buyer beware.

GBDo not use this site!! I bought particularly expensive sensor from this website. I received an empty box. I reached out to them via email what happened and they were very sweet and understanding by email pretending that they were going to refund me because again I received an empty box, no refund came. I’ve contested it with my credit card company and they are fighting that. Incredibly unprofessional two-faced and unreliable-do not use this site. It is not a safe and reputable vendor.

GBThis company is a joke This company is a joke. Their website guarantee part fut guide is incorrect. We ordered parts for a truck and got exactly what their website said to get. First it took several phone calls to find out where the parts even were. Then one kit came incomplete and we had to keep calling to see where the rest of the parts were so in the meantime we just bought local. Then we found out the other kit was the wrong size for the year and make of the truck. When we called for a label for a return we had to argue and we were told we were wrong over and over. Finally we got a label and sent the kit back. Now they are holding onto the kit and our money. These people are theives and con artists. Sad yourself some headache and do not order from them.

GBGood parts for a good price, no complaints You will see a lot of bad reviews from impatient people. The reality is, for the part I was looking for, carparts had the cheapest price. RockAuto and genuine part were both $100+. Guess what? Carparts had it for $10. Shipping was inexpensive, less than $5. Some reviews say they lie about shipping dates, and in this case, their prediction was inaccurate, they estimated the 16th, and it came in on the 18th. However, that was still only 5 days after order date (not bad). Part came well-packaged and in perfect working order. I received text updates about the status of my order as well along the way. It was a trunk latch by the way. No complaints for this site.
