I recently had the pleasure of engaging with Paul D. from customer service during the purchase and replacement of my car's front bumper, and I am eager to express my positive experience. Paul was really professional and knew his stuff. He quickly answered my questions, gave me detailed info, and helped me out when I needed it. What truly stood out was the personalized attention and high efficiency that I experienced throughout the process. My overall experience with getting a new front bumper was great. I had a decent customer service… I had a decent customer service experience with Car Parts. Initially, I wrote a poor review because the grille I ordered was poorly packaged and had a broken clip, as a result. However, despite the broken clip, I installed the grille. Car Parts read my review and reached out to make things right. They offered three solutions.i could send the part back for a replacement, return the part and get refunded, or keep the part and get a discount in the form of a $20 rebate. I had already installed the grille despite the broken clip so I opted for the third option. Thanks Car Part for your great customer service!

Do not use this site!! I bought particularly expensive sensor from this website. I received an empty box. I reached out to them via email what happened and they were very sweet and understanding by email pretending that they were going to refund me because again I received an empty box, no refund came. I’ve contested it with my credit card company and they are fighting that. Incredibly unprofessional two-faced and unreliable-do not use this site. It is not a safe and reputable vendor.

I paid for a powdercoated step bumper… I paid for a powdercoated step bumper and got a painted bumper.Not very hard to see the difference. Not very professional.
