I ordered a part at it arrived broken I ordered a part at it arrived broken. I was able to fix it, so I used it. I did not have time to return it.... I posted a review and mentioned the situation and customer service reached out to me. I was given options on making up for the broken part and selected to recieve a replacement part. The whole thing happened with no questions or accusal. I'm very satisfied that CarParts took the initiative to reach out t me to ensure I was treated properly.

System Gave Me The Wrong Part - Carparts Gave Me a Full Refund. Customer service was very helpful. ordered the correct part but the computer system had the wrong part listed as a "guarantee fit". Do not use this site!! I bought particularly expensive sensor from this website. I received an empty box. I reached out to them via email what happened and they were very sweet and understanding by email pretending that they were going to refund me because again I received an empty box, no refund came. I’ve contested it with my credit card company and they are fighting that. Incredibly unprofessional two-faced and unreliable-do not use this site. It is not a safe and reputable vendor.
