Horrible experience Horrible experience. There video said to paint color at 15 PSI. Got horrible orange peel. After research found out the paint should be painted at 25-30 PSI. Reported issue. After weeks they finally admitted 15 PSI was wrong but no reimbursement. Had to sand everything down again taking ours and buy a second gallon of color. Ran into another nightmare on clear. Activator says 70-80 degrees. However, black paint in the sun gets way hotter than outside air temp. Horrible orange peel again. For a DIY shop they are not providing anything close to needed instructions and some instructions are flat out wrong. Avoid!

Mr G says, It's a buy! Completed Mr. G's welding class in Hackensack, then started looking for a welder... not too big, not a toy, but just right. Got the Eastwood 180, does MIG gas/no-gas and includes a spooler for aluminum, is also 120/240 for maximum flexibility. Shipped in 1 day! So far I love it. Lots to learn but I don't think I'll out grow this.

Quit Bugging Me! 3.6 stars but I rounded. I love their products - I am not aware of anyone in classic car restoration parts and supplies that is this consistently good. They are very expensive and shipping seems much slower, but I have never had a quality issue. 100%. The "missing star" - they keep bugging me for reviews via texts and emails. If I visit their site for any reason, I get a text asking for a review. I even think they are stalking me in online chatrooms. Eastwood - every time marketing says customers like more "touches", cut their budget by 20%.

Lack of customer service. Have been trying for three days to reset my password but never receive an email allowing the password change. called three times for assistance, their answer the system will not allow them to assist in password updates for security reason. Their system never sends a email to update my password. No one will take ownership and try to help. They say it my take up to 30 minutes to receive the password update email. Never arrives after three days. Not sure how they stay in business. Sent two emails to customer service, so far no replys.
