GBLack of customer service. Have been trying for three days to reset my password but never receive an email allowing the password change. called three times for assistance, their answer the system will not allow them to assist in password updates for security reason. Their system never sends a email to update my password. No one will take ownership and try to help. They say it my take up to 30 minutes to receive the password update email. Never arrives after three days. Not sure how they stay in business. Sent two emails to customer service, so far no replys.

GBAbsolutely terrible packaging Absolutely terrible packaging. Liquid containers of 32oz Pre paint prep were loosely thrown into a box. All three were dented and one leaked out about a third of its contents. No excuse for not being packed correctly. Charged me $20.00 to ship from Pennsylvania to Maryland. Not pleased at all. đŸ˜¡

GBCancelled My Order Ordered a Yost Model 436608 97" x 4" Cutting Guide (SKU: 56598). Item was on backorder and they said I would get a notification when it shipped (not IF it shipped). A few days later I was notified that the item was cancelled and was refunded. Based on other reviews here I see I'm not the only one this has happened to, either. I gave them two stars only because I do understand "things happen". Also, like other have reported here: I am getting almost daily emails asking to review them. So...here they go!

GBDON'T ORDER ANYTHING ON BACKORDER Ordered tools over 10 days ago, have not received shipping notification. The order status shows "processing". Eastwood sends me emails asking for a review. NOT impressed! If I ever receive the items I have purchased this will likely be my last order from Eastwood.

GBTrying to buy a paint gun Trying to buy a paint gun, put my order in, got a message wanting for shipping quote, after 3 days I get shipping quote, I reply ship it. The next day I replied please ship the paint gun. I am still waiting for a reply
