GBGreat products, however issue with backlog I love Eastwood products, they are excellent, and the discussions they provide on their site help immensely. However, I decided to read a couple of the negative reviews. I have not ordered backlogged items, so I cannot write to that, but was quite surprised Eastwood charged for the product up front. I buy much online and have not come across that practice before. I also so a review from a guy who was charged up front, then his order was held up because they forgot to charge tax. That was Eastwood's fault and they should have eaten the tax. I will be sure to not purchase any backlogged item.

GBOk I have been restoring Classics for… Ok I have been restoring Classics for over 20 years. Now I must share that Eastwood has many quality products, tools, paint etc that are fairly priced and delivered quickly. My experience is they care about their customers as they offer great all around service as well as products.

GBQuit Bugging Me! 3.6 stars but I rounded. I love their products - I am not aware of anyone in classic car restoration parts and supplies that is this consistently good. They are very expensive and shipping seems much slower, but I have never had a quality issue. 100%. The "missing star" - they keep bugging me for reviews via texts and emails. If I visit their site for any reason, I get a text asking for a review. I even think they are stalking me in online chatrooms. Eastwood - every time marketing says customers like more "touches", cut their budget by 20%.

GBOrder on backlog, but I had to pay then. I just started restoring antique electric fans. It was recommended by other collectors and restorers that I coat the polished brass blades and the re-finished bodies with Eastwood Diamond Clear Gloss Aerosol. I was not able to find it locally, so I ordered it on the Eastwood website. Unfortunately, the order is on backlog for another 6 weeks. I was also asked to pay for it then. Other companies charge when the orders ship.

GBHorrible experience Horrible experience. There video said to paint color at 15 PSI. Got horrible orange peel. After research found out the paint should be painted at 25-30 PSI. Reported issue. After weeks they finally admitted 15 PSI was wrong but no reimbursement. Had to sand everything down again taking ours and buy a second gallon of color. Ran into another nightmare on clear. Activator says 70-80 degrees. However, black paint in the sun gets way hotter than outside air temp. Horrible orange peel again. For a DIY shop they are not providing anything close to needed instructions and some instructions are flat out wrong. Avoid!
